Horrible customer service my brother is staying in One of the five rooms we rented .The room safe Will not open for two days Saturday and Sunday and They can only be opened on Monday and when you talk to the staff they are not helpful at all about doing stuff around the rooms. I’ve been coming to Thailand for more than 15 years this is by far the worst I ever experienced I almost forgot half of the air-conditioners work no water pressure I guess you get what you pay for cheap rooms means cheap service
