Mida Grande Resort Hotel

Surin, 179/450 Had Surin Soi 4, Moo 3 Choengtalay, Thalang 🧭

Great hotel in Surin Beach area. The staff was very nice. The room decor was modern and spacious. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Enjoy the good coffee and soft serve daily. The multiple pools and loungers were great. Had a chance to use both gyms during my stay. A short walk to delicious Thai restaurants and massages. Will definitely stay again.

Staff tried to be helpful and manage the hord of people staying at this large complex.

Very spacious room and a large balcony to hang and dry our diving gears!! Very thoughtful and sweet for the staff to offer birthday surprises for this memorable stay! Pools are great too!!

The staff are super friendly, Bao, Jack & the whole team provided an outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble! The room was always clean and the food of a good standard! I would definitely be more than happy to come back again! Phuket is a beautiful place too, and the locals are so lovely and helpful. 😄

The room is spacious, food is decent and entire resort area is large. Good for family stay. Near-by area is very convenient, exchange place, restaurant, convenient stores are all there.

Our stay at Mida Grande was lovely. We went for the all include package which included a large menu and selection of drinks to choose from (the actual menu’s were affordable and lots to choose from too for anyone that wanted just room). The staff were so lovely and made us feel super welcome. Areas are clean and pools were a great place to relax. Hotel is a short walk from Surin beach in a very quiet...

Namaka Resort Kamala

Kamala, 17/38 Moo 6, Kamala Beach 🧭

the resort is a bit old, nice view

Hotel good, room decent size and clean. Floors in lobby and surrounds need cleaning. Table in Talay had dirty ashtray and rubbish for hours nobody came to clean. Steps in pool very slippery. Food was average two nights it was cold. Hotel is too far away from other restaurants. Breakfast was plenty of variety. Great views

This hotel is nestled in the mountains, so while it's not the most convenient to get to, it offers a peaceful retreat. The staff are great, and the overall facilities are good. I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful. My only minor complaints are that the AC can only...

It was a great place for holiday at Phuket, sea view from the room is awesome!!

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really made sure our stay was memorable. A big thank you to Afan and the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. We were genuinely impressed with everyone from the gardener to all the team members who took such good care of us. We’ll definitely come back in the future and recommend this hotel to our friends and family

Good..nice hotel..staff freindly..everything perfect

InterContinental Phuket Resort

Kamala, 333, 333/3 Moo 3, Kamala Beach, Kamala, Kathu District, Kathu 🧭

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

Great service, clean and modern rooms

It was alright. This room type has two floors, with a double bed on the first floor and another double bed on the second floor.

Overall, the hotel isn't particularly good value for money. The swim-up room cost 7500 for two nights, and the room wasn't very big. As other reviews mentioned, the water cleanliness was just average. I would have given the service five stars, as everyone was very enthusiastic, but when I checked in, I told the front desk staff member that I was an IHG member, and she completely ignored me. It was...

Booked a two-bedroom pool villa, but honestly, it wasn't really worth the price. The upstairs bedroom was just a very standard room. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was beautifully presented and tasted good. There are evening performances by the beach. There's not much to do around the hotel, and no 7-Eleven, so we stayed within the hotel premises the entire time.

Great! The staff were very friendly and the environment was good. I'll definitely come back again.

The Naka Phuket, a member of Design Hotels

Kamala, 1/18, 1/20 Kamala, Kathu District, Kathu 🧭

The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk supervisor was rude and completely disregarded our feelings as guests. We had already checked in and stayed one night, but on the second day, because one guest hadn't arrived to check in yet, they stopped us from entering the room. It was a very disappointing experience!

My best stay in phuket by far. this resort was out of mind. make sure to enjoy it. and use some replant for the mosquitos.

The service was just okay; they didn't even bother to tell us about the hotel facilities or give us a map. Overall, the lobby staff weren't very welcoming. The room's amenities probably aren't as well-maintained as they appear in the promotional photos, and the pillows were a bit too high and firm.

This beachfront hotel was absolutely divine during my Phuket trip – a perfect 10 out of 10, no doubt! The most amazing thing was its private coastline. It completely dodged the crowds of Phuket's popular beaches. With fine white sand beneath your feet and an endless blue sea before your eyes, whether watching the sunrise in the morning or listening to the waves at dusk, you get to exclusively enjoy...

Incredible stay - we really enjoyed ourselves and the service was excellent.

The environment is beautiful, especially by the sea, with the infinity pool and the restaurant offering unbeatable ocean views after dinner. However, the room facilities are quite old; the floors and sofas, among other things, are very worn out. On the second morning of our stay, the fire alarm went off twice for no apparent reason, and then the hotel's generator was constantly noisy on the second...

Twinpalms MontAzure Phuket

Kamala, 129/86, Kamala, Kathu District, Kathu 83150, Provintsiya Phuket, Tailand 🧭

Beautiful housekeeping service.

The Hotel is great. I love the breakfast, the pool and the beach. We are celebrating the birthday ofy daughter her. To our surprised, they prepared a birthday cake for my daughter. And the cake oh it was so delicious. We will be back here. Their service excellent. They are all friendly. Thank you so much. We will miss this place. It is also near on Carnival magic and Fantasea.😍😍😍

The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and provided excellent service.

Good hotel. However, I was checked in late, which was unpleasant after an overnight flight.

The hotel environment is generally quiet and peaceful. However, when checking out, they were unwilling to grant even a 30-minute late checkout. As for the Shimmer restaurant within the hotel, there's one waitress who seems to have a split personality. Her demeanor and attitude towards white guests and Asian guests are completely different. White guests are allowed to use the beach loungers just by...

📍 Twinpalms MontAzure, opened in 2019, is a moderately priced hotel that still feels relatively new in most aspects. The rooms are apartment-style and decent in size, but the public areas are a bit small. The hotel only has one all-day dining restaurant 🍴. The good thing is its beachfront location 🌊, so you can also try other dining options at the InterContinental next door, or take a stroll along...

The Surin Hotel

Surin, 118 Soi Hat Surin 8, Choeng, Thalang 🧭

We had an incredible experience here. Our friends got married here and it was a great chance to see the service for an event like that. Food was delicious and top quality. Drinks were well made (at the wedding and also poolside bar). The breakfast had many options, definitely 5star worthy. It was intimidating to see the stairs to the rooms at first but after a few days, you get used to it. Although...

Authentic Thai Luxury Done Right After a string of disappointments elsewhere, The Surin was a breath of fresh air. It is the exact opposite of the "faded glory" resorts nearby; it feels alive, respected, and impeccably managed. The Vibe: Authentic, Not "Plastic" While many modern resorts in Phuket have opted for a "dry, modern plastic" look, The Surin stays true to its roots. It honors the traditional...

We stayed here for five nights and loved it! This is the best hotel in Phuket, possibly in Thailand. We enjoyed every single moment here. The cottages are clean, spacious and luxurious. The beach is quiet, clean and feels private. Breakfast is also really good. The staff is super friendly, helpful and they made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

One of my best friends got married at the Surin and wow - it was a fairytale wedding! The location is incredible , very accessible with a motobike or cars. The hotel itself has everything you need so you could decide to never leave 😂 the rooms / villas are very private giving you lots of intimacy and they were so spacious even for the most basic one! The breakfast buffet and food more generally was...

The Surin sits on an incredible, pristine beach shared with just one other hotel, easily one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Rooms are spread organically through the hillside, almost like elegant treehouses, with a simple, pleasant design, extremely comfortable beds and lovely views over the bay. The pool is just steps from the shore, and both the beach bar and the two restaurants offer great...

Room is nice and breakfast is great! The hotel is a bit dark overall though.

Twinpalms Surin Beach Hotel

Surin, 106/46 Moo 3, Surin Beach Road, Choeng, Thalang 🧭

I just want to thanks Twinpalms for making our holiday so amazing and helping me plan my engagement. It’s such an amazing resort, it was our 2nd time staying there and we can’t wait to come back. The staff are so polite and helpful.

The property itself is wonderful, with beautifully landscaped gardens. However, there’s no direct access to the beach. You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. However, they do provide a shuttle service to their sister hotel and a beach club in Bang Tao.

I rate the hotel very highly. 5 plus. The pool is very comfortable. There were always enough sun beds if you wanted to sunbathe. The breakfasts are very good. The room cleaning service was every day. The location from the Surin-beach is the closest possible. This hotel is very well suited for relaxation.

Very nice hotel. Good location, the room is large The pool is awesome.

Incredible! Much nicer than neighbouring Holiday Inn, and I would even rate it higher than The Surin. Could not fault the place

This is a duplex room with a large bed upstairs (no door) and two twin beds downstairs (with a door). It has its own private pool, and the water is very clean. There are hardly any Chinese guests here, over 90% are Westerners. I stayed for six days and only saw one other Chinese person. Breakfast is entirely Western and Thai style. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. Across the street is Surin...

Amanpuri

Surin, Pansea Beach Cherngtalay, Thalang 🧭

As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and one of the joys of staying at an Aman hotel. It was a great trip!

The hotel boasts an elegant and comfortable overall environment, with excellent restaurants and spas at reasonable prices. The service was impeccable; every staff member was polite, attentive, and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience.

Upgraded to an ocean view pool room was a complete surprise; a quick check revealed it cost 35,000 RMB, which made me quite nervous. Facilities: Although the hotel opened in 1988, all facilities were remarkably well-maintained, far exceeding my expectations. Also, the entire room was made of wood (including the washbasin), yet there wasn't a single water stain – how did they manage that? Cleanliness...

A very satisfying stay. Although we only booked a room for one night, the hotel staff extended our check-out to 9pm for our sea tour the next day. It was really warm and considerate. The hotel's hardware, software and services are all top-notch.

Very good, and even extended the refund!

Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa

Kamala, 22/10 Moo 6, Layi-Nakalay Rd Kamala, Kathu 🧭

Hands down the best hotel to stay at in Phuket. It's comfortable and has a great vibe. Highly recommend.

Everything is good. And staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great for a family vacation, very quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic! The breakfast selection was huge and everything tasted great. The room had an amazing view, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The surrounding area was quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a vacation. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This hotel is quite close to Kamala Beach, which isn't too crowded and is generally peaceful. The rooms here are all very spacious, either suites or standalone villas, perched on a hillside with nice views. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. The hotel staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic – it's à la carte and made to order, not a buffet, and absolutely delicious

From the service and facilities to the design, views, location, and even the price, everything met my expectations. The service made us happy throughout our stay, and in my opinion, it deserves a perfect score. However, it's not suitable for those who love lively atmospheres, need family-friendly amenities, or enjoy playing on the beach. But for anyone looking for a beautiful environment that feels...

Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa Phuket

Picnic, Fishing, Pool, Beach, Sauna

Kat was fantastic in helping us with everything we needed. The airline lost our luggage on our flight in so we needed laundry service which was delivered neatly back in our room and quickly within the same day. One of our friends is also recovering from an injury in her leg and is on crutches and hotel staff have been extremely accommodating in booking us a room on the ground floor with poolside access...

The hotel is lovely. It's in a great location and the gardens are spectacular. I would argue it's a 5 star resort , it's more a good 4 star, it needs a little updating. Saying that , it takes nothing away from the experience, the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large but need a little up dating to achieve 5 star status , ask for the lagoon rooms, they are great. The food is good, in particular the...

Beautiful hotel, lovely beach. This is a beautiful location and very relaxing. Could do with a bit of an upgrade here and there, but in general very nice and lovely staff, especially Ked and Joof at reception. The spa is great and I had a wonderful massage off Namm. Restaurants are okay, but not 5 star, more 3 or 4. I would definitely recommend. Michelle. UK

Lovely experience from the very beginning! The staff were wonderful. The food and drinks were amazing. Great location as well - away from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far to get in. The place is stunning! Green, quiet, relaxing. Definitely recommend and will be coming back here to stay! Sonia at the front desk was super helpful and lovely!

★★★★★ A Truly Special and Memorable Stay We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Honestly, one of the hardest parts of our trip was leaving the hotel each day, because the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing that you simply wanted to stay. Without exaggeration, this has been one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The hotel environment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, offering...

Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket Hotel

Kamala, 100/10 Moo 3, Kamala Beach 🧭

Amazing location gppd view see and feel good and amazing staff

The room smelled of sewage, it was noisy, the key in the room didn't work, yellow sewage came out of the faucet (white underwear lost its yellow color, and then no substance decomposed and the color did not return), the floor was uneven and poorly cleaned.

The atmosphere in the hotel area was very nice. Really enjoyed it. However, we experienced poor condition in some of the sections inside the hotel room like leaking from the shower causing wet floor the whole of bathroom and faulty charging plugs in the livimg area. Also flies at the fruits area during breakfast. Very little shops (food & massage) outside the hotel which require taxi to Kamala Market...

I booked 2 apartments via trip.com and requested it to be side by side because we are family. Upon check in they said , it can not be done because the booking came from 2 different website. How is that possible ?

I stayed at the Radisson Resort and Suites in Kamala beach for 5 days and it is a beautiful resort. The level of service has been excellent. I was greeted at checkin with a cold towel and a drink and the process was smooth. The resort is not brand new and shows some signs of age but it is well maintained. The room is spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep it immaculate. The pool and...

Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel

Kamala, 74/8 Nar-had Road Kamala, Kathu District, Kathu 🧭

An incredible hotel in an incredible location…the Thai touches are lovely, both in design and decor. The staff and restaurant are excellent. The beach is a short walk across the street. Can’t wait to return to Princess Kamala!

Cozy and regal ... very comfortable stay ... close access to the beach

Cleanliness in general is ok, but room cleaning is quite late or towels/rugs not changed only hanged properly for towels, bathroom rug/mat totally NOT changed. Requested in online booking for a Muslim prayer mat but I think they are not reading the “request part” and then requested extra towel to be used for prayer and bathroom rug/mat as it’s too much wet but insisted that only one per room and can...

Very nice hotel close to the beach and stores in the street

It was very fantastic experience in this hotel. Everything was perfect and amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent hotel for peaceful vacation in Phuket. Staff is very helpful and attentive. They checked me in 5 hours earlier than the checkin time. Very close to the beautiful sandy Kamala beach. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. Breakfast is good with very tasty omlet. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a perfect stay. Thank you very much I will stay here again...
