Great hotel in Surin Beach area. The staff was very nice. The room decor was modern and spacious. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Enjoy the good coffee and soft serve daily. The multiple pools and loungers were great. Had a chance to use both gyms during my stay. A short walk to delicious Thai restaurants and massages. Will definitely stay again.

Staff tried to be helpful and manage the hord of people staying at this large complex.

Very spacious room and a large balcony to hang and dry our diving gears!! Very thoughtful and sweet for the staff to offer birthday surprises for this memorable stay! Pools are great too!!

The staff are super friendly, Bao, Jack & the whole team provided an outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble! The room was always clean and the food of a good standard! This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

It was alright. This room type has two floors, with a double bed on the first floor and another double bed on the second floor.

Overall, the hotel isn't particularly good value for money. The swim-up room cost 7500 for two nights, and the room wasn't very big. As other reviews mentioned, the water cleanliness was just average. I would have given the service five stars, as everyone was very enthusiastic, but when I checked in, I told the front desk staff member that I was an IHG member, and she completely ignored me. Booked a two-bedroom pool villa, but honestly, it wasn't really worth the price. The upstairs bedroom was just a very standard room. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was beautifully presented and tasted good. There are evening performances by the beach. There's not much to do around the hotel, and no 7-Eleven, so we stayed within the hotel premises the entire time.

Great! The staff were very friendly and the environment was good. I'll definitely come back again.

The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk supervisor was rude and completely disregarded our feelings as guests. We had already checked in and stayed one night, but on the second day, because one guest hadn't arrived to check in yet, they stopped us from entering the room. My best stay in phuket by far. this resort was out of mind. make sure to enjoy it. and use some replant for the mosquitos.

The service was just okay; they didn't even bother to tell us about the hotel facilities or give us a map. Overall, the lobby staff weren't very welcoming. The room's amenities probably aren't as well-maintained as they appear in the promotional photos, and the pillows were a bit too high and firm.

I just want to thanks Twinpalms for making our holiday so amazing and helping me plan my engagement. It’s such an amazing resort, it was our 2nd time staying there and we can’t wait to come back. The staff are so polite and helpful.

The property itself is wonderful, with beautifully landscaped gardens. However, there’s no direct access to the beach. You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. However, they do provide a shuttle service to their sister hotel and a beach club in Bang Tao.

I rate the hotel very highly. 5 plus. The pool is very comfortable. There were always enough sun beds if you wanted to sunbathe. The breakfasts are very good. The room cleaning service was every day. The location from the Surin-beach is the closest possible. This hotel is very well suited for relaxation.

As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and one of the joys of staying at an Aman hotel. It was a great trip!

The hotel boasts an elegant and comfortable overall environment, with excellent restaurants and spas at reasonable prices. The service was impeccable; every staff member was polite, attentive, and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience.

Upgraded to an ocean view pool room was a complete surprise; a quick check revealed it cost 35,000 RMB, which made me quite nervous. Facilities: Although the hotel opened in 1988, all facilities were remarkably well-maintained, far exceeding my expectations. The room smelled of sewage, it was noisy, the key in the room didn't work, yellow sewage came out of the faucet (white underwear lost its yellow color, and then no substance decomposed and the color did not return), the floor was uneven and poorly cleaned.

The atmosphere in the hotel area was very nice. Really enjoyed it. However, we experienced poor condition in some of the sections inside the hotel room like leaking from the shower causing wet floor the whole of bathroom and faulty charging plugs in the livimg area. Also flies at the fruits area during breakfast. Very little shops (food & massage) outside the hotel which require taxi to Kamala Market...
