Made a 2 night stay. Kids enjoyed the pool with water slides. 2 min walk to Surin beach which is really nice. In general though the hotel looks and feels in need of a refresh

Stayed at Holiday Inn Surin Beach and honestly… pure tropical peace Clean rooms, friendly staff, and just a short walk to one of Phuket’s prettiest beaches. Would come back

5 minutes walking to the beach and worth it for the beautiful Surin Beach. 3 minutes walking to 7-11 and Massages centres. In front of hotel have taxi station. Can use Grab or Bolt if you want

Since our child was small, their breakfast was included at no extra charge. The main advantage is that the hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and the environment is quiet

Wonderfull and beautiful hotel. The ambience and experience on top notch. Greet by the Thailand hospitality during checked in. Most important, the breakfast is halal certified. Muslims most welcome to the hotels

The sinks, showers, and toilets all drained smoothly; we didn't encounter the common problems often found in older hotels. For the soaring hotel prices in Phuket, this place offers pretty good value for money

Great location right on the beach. 4 great pools with plenty of sun beds. Reasonable prices at the bar and message. I think the only problem is noise in the uploading area next to building #1 side facing the sea

We had a room there (1302) and it was very noisy at night and morning , but the stuff changed us for another room straight away after our complaint

The hotel is right in front of the beach. Although there are many pools it was always crowded. Most guests are older and groups like TUI fill up the hotel. My shower did not work properly

I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful

Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really made sure our stay was memorable. A big thank you to Afan and the entire team for the wonderful hospitality

My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off

Well kept hotel with attentive service. Room access by buggy and service was always prompt and attentive. Regular hotel shuttle to Kamala town with a public beach, shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was great, and the facilities met Hyatt's standards. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family two-bedroom suite, but the smaller room had no windows

The public areas weren't huge, but the pool was spacious. The beach is right across the street; even though the sand isn't the best, it was nice and uncrowded, even in peak season

The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB

The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice

While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient

Make sure you turn right when you walk out on the beach to some of the best local Thai food we had. Couldn’t recommend the stay enough and will be back again

The Restaurant was amazing with super helpful staffs and the pools were the best attraction. Rooms were huge but very old style. No carpet and the washroom was average too.

A lovely resort for both younger and older children. The children loved the kids’ and teenagers’ lounge. The pools are amazing, and they especially enjoyed the slides

Have two restaurants a la Carte one is at the breakfast place and the other one is near the Kamala beach. The good thing is if you order your food the kids eat free of charge by selecting from kids menu

Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach was absolutely magical! We stayed in a villa with the most breathtaking sea view and our own private rooftop pool—it was pure paradise

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive

Great view over kamala beach and bay. The room itself was big with a separate bathroom that had a whirlpool bath right in front of the big windows with the same view as the bedroom

It's the only one we had on our 3 week trip around Thailand that had an iron & ironing board! Bed was very comfy so slept really well. As these detached villas are away from the pool and main hotel it is peaceful

Changed to this hotel from Thai Kamala beach literally a couple of weeks before we travelled. This was cheaper and in a far better location for us. The Ocean Villa we booked made our stay

Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

It was alright. This room type has two floors, with a double bed on the first floor and another double bed on the second floor.

Overall, the hotel isn't particularly good value for money. The swim-up room cost 7500 for two nights, and the room wasn't very big. As other reviews mentioned, the water cleanliness was just average

My main reasons for choosing this hotel were 1) it's relatively new, and 2) you can surf right on the hotel beach. It's definitely a great spot for those who are both laid-back and adventurous!

White guests are allowed to use the beach loungers just by ordering a drink, but when I wanted to, I was told I had to spend a minimum of 3000 Baht

The good thing is its beachfront location 🌊, so you can also try other dining options at the InterContinental next door, or take a stroll along the beach where you'll find plenty of other sea-view restaurants and bars 🍤🍹🌴

📍 Twinpalms MontAzure, opened in 2019, is a moderately priced hotel that still feels relatively new in most aspects. The rooms are apartment-style and decent in size, but the public areas are a bit small

After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

The hotel is new, pulls on a solid C grade. The room has no toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads, Slippers. The Breakfast was OK, the range is not wide. On the beach is not a big wave, sand

This beachfront hotel was absolutely divine during my Phuket trip – a perfect 10 out of 10, no doubt! The most amazing thing was its private coastline. It completely dodged the crowds of Phuket's popular beaches

We had the beach access pool villa, which was a great choice; more privacy and direct access to the beach. The main restaurant and pool were right next door, so it was a plus. The breakfast was pretty good

The lobby design really understands beach holidays; it's minimalist yet tropical, and the ventilation is incredible! The cool sea breeze flows right through, with not a hint of stuffiness

It would have been much better if it were on the rooftop near the pool. ☀️ There was delicious coffee and tea available in the lobby. The Tiffany blue beach towels were fantastic

Views from the hotel are probably the best part of the hotel. The location is on the beach but have to go down the stairs which is very dark at night. Some lights would make a big difference

My husband and I stayed for two nights in February 2026. We were on the 4th floor and had a magnificent view and a superb location. The rooms felt fresh, clearly recently renovated. Everything was very tidy and clean

The breakfast was decent, offering omelets, fried eggs, noodles, salads, fruits, and more. The only drawback was that the breakfast room itself lacked a view and windows, which felt a bit out of place for such a hotel

The hotel is located less than 100m from Kamala Beach. It's a smaller boutique hotel, so not too busy. The rooms to the main road can get a fair bit of road noise, but the rooms away from the road are fine

Patio doors to the outside didn’t feel very sturdy, I reckon I could have broken them quite easily but was only here 2 nights and there was a lock on the room door so it was ok for a temp stay

Be aware that there's no footpath along the short bit of main road one must walk before turning into Kamala Beach. So, you will walk on the side of a busy road for about 30m

The pool is small and cold, but it serves its purpose. Honestly, the hotel doesn't look like a hotel in the conventional sense, and I think it only deserves two stars

Stayed here back in 2017 and we still talk about how good it was, the rooms, the pools, the food, the service. It was all amazing and we wouldnt have had such a good holiday without staying here

Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool

You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here

5 hours early and were checked in immediately, without extra charge. The room overlooks the pool, it has salt water. It's a 7-10 minute walk to Surin Beach. There's a cafe and a toops store nearby

maybe, like we have with hot water, there will be problems. But overall, I think it should be considered for a vacation. The best beach in Phuket is 10 minutes away

The beach is really 5 minutes away, plus the hotel has a 10% discount in the Audi restaurant, where we ate all 6 days of our stay. I recommend it, my rating is 4 out of 5

Overall everything was great — good location, good facilities, and a nice clean room. It’s seafront and just across from the beach, but the part right in front isn’t really suitable for swimming

What a beautiful spot! I enjoyed my 5 days in Phuket. The hotel is right on the beach, you can walk yo everywhere, the room and linen were clean, the staff was so friendly and reasonably good English

If you are in a budget, and/or backpacker like me, but don't want to sacrifice view, this is the place to stay. Nothing super fancy, except the unique unobstructed beautiful sea view

This hotel is quite close to Kamala Beach, which isn't too crowded and is generally peaceful. The rooms here are all very spacious, either suites or standalone villas, perched on a hillside with nice views

But for anyone looking for a beautiful environment that feels a bit secluded but isn't too far off the beaten path, and doesn't necessarily need to go into the sea, it's absolutely perfect

However, it's not suitable for those who love lively atmospheres, need family-friendly amenities, or enjoy playing on the beach

It definitely feels like a real vacation! The breakfast was also great. They even sent a birthday cake for my family's birthday, thanks to Ms. Title for her thoughtfulness and help! I will definitely come back again

We had breakfast just in time for lunch, and the breakfasts were delicious. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious; we only ate there; we went to another restaurant for half the price, but it was uneatable
