Phandara Luxury Pool Villas in Koh Tao Island

Wondrous! Have just spent 4 nights in Villa Siam Villa 3. The Villa is magnificent, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. So much thought and attention given and very evident - from the gorgeous flower arrangements to the quality of the bed linen and more. The Villas are in a hill in the jungle - the views breathtaking. There is a free shuttle service to anywhere on the island. Justyn, Greg and all their staff are incredible hosts. The atmosphere is attentive and duper friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing to fault and I highly recommend.

We spent 4 nights at the villa in November. Originally only booked for 3, but added an extra night. The villa was beautiful and the view was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we were so well looked after. Whilst the villa is a little off the beaten track, the driver took us anywhere we wanted to go when we wanted and we were picked up too. The weather was not great on one of the days and it was the perfect location to sit and relax. The “ wild bathroom” was fun. There was everything we could need in the villa to enhance our stay.

A dream stay. Thank you so much for the most wonderful stay. When I walked into our apartment it brought tears to my eyes as never stayed somewhere so beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Justyna and Karin helped us so much. Recommending meals, trips etc. So easy to contact them via what’s app to arrange pick ups (which are complementary) every day to and from where we wanted to go. We loved the delicious pasty’s daily. Villa beautifully clean and everything you could wish for. I highly recommend to stay here. Thank you Justyna for a wonderful stay.

Wow! Phandara villa's are a real luxury experience. From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The Villa was exactly like the pictures, only so much better in real life. We stayed for 3 nights in July. 2 adults and 2 children age 11 and 9. We would have stayed longer but the villa's were fully booked. The views and location are exceptional. We were greeted by our hosts Justyna Katin on arrival. We explained we wanted to explore the best snorkelling spots and Justyna arranged for the driver to take us to a different location each day and pick us up. We went to the best locations and are so thankful we booked our stay on Koh Tao at Phandara. It made it magical. The villas are spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, finishing touches superb. A mini bar and snacks available in the villa at very reasonable prices. It really was the most wonderful experience. Thank you Justyna and Katin for making our visit to Koh Tao such a memorable one.

As with most exceptional experiences; words and pictures simply don’t do it justice. You need to see for yourself. Phandara is one of those experiences. Justyna & Greg are phenomenal hosts, and go above and beyond in every way. We stayed in Villa Saam, and couldn’t have been happier. The views are unreal, the plunge pool is the perfect temperature for long dip, and the interior of the villa is modern designed and incredibly equipped - including very comfortable beds. I could go on and on about the villa itself, but would be remiss to not emphasize the level of client service that Justyna provides. Coordination from the moment you step on the island to the moment you leave. We only had 2 nights (but could have stayed 2 weeks), and thanks to Justyna’s recommendations and contacts we left seeing quite a bit of the island including viewpoints, snorkeling, and great restaurants. Phandara’s driver, Mr So, is prompt and courteous and made getting to and from main areas so easy. Could ramble more, but will end with this; thank you so much Justyna & Greg for creating such a wonderful place. It is truly unique. You made our honeymoon very special. Hope you visit you again before too long.

We have recently stayed for 8 nights in villa number 3 and had a wonderful time. Firstly, thank you to the owners and their staff. Super friendly and helpful always had time for a chat and some advice on where to go and where to eat. The WhatsApp group that was set up was super helpful for any questions or requests. Also to the villas driver. The villa offers a shuttle service, which is invaluable for nights out, takes the hassle out of everything, and allows you to relax and have a drink if you want one. The villa was stunning, tastefully decorated and thought out. The villa had a lovely charm and homely feel to it right from the off. Villa 3 is a two bed, two bathroom. As we were only a couple staying in rhe villa, the space was amazing. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to use it, an outdoor bathroom and an indoor bathroom. The bi fold doors open from the main living area straight into the pool. The outside area has two decks with two sets of comfy loungers and also a day bed in the shade. We have stayed in some fantastic places around the world, but the view from the villa is rarity that you will never get bored of. There is also a full stocked mini bar and a good wine selection. I have added two of the reds to my regular drink list at home. All in all a wonderful place set in a quiet location with amazing views. If there was a negative, there is no current facility to pay by card.

Absolutely beautiful place. Up the hill so not in one of the towns with restoos etc but they provide a free shutle and it's only a few minutes drive to go down. The villa unit is well thought through with an extensive minibar for those who want, options to have food delivered etc. If you have the budget (given average thai rates, this is an expensive place), I would recommend it.

Lovely villa with spectacular view and fab social space along with very comfortable bedrooms. Cold plunge pool very welcome and refreshing. Shuttle service was great and food delivery easy to organise. After a few days on Sairee beach it was a great retreat. Only downside is that the villa terraces were out of the sun until lunchtime

We spent 10 amazing days here as a family of 4 at Phandara Luxury Pool Villas. We were welcomed by Katin on arrival after being transferred by So, the driver from the ferry pier. Katin and staff ensured our stay was absolutely perfect from the delicious breakfast pastries delivered each morning, booking dinner reservations, recommending beaches for snorkeling and swimming with baby sharks! Stunning views and sunsets from our villa with the addition of our private plunge pool. We all left completely relaxed and with beautiful memories of our holiday in paradise.

Probably the best holiday place we have stayed. Beautiful villa, fresh pastries, Katin was so lovely and welcoming and there was no trouble asking her for anything, the villas are well equipped, cleaning daily if required. Our driver So was very friendly and professional and took us wherever we wanted to go. Could not fault anything - a beautiful stay could be in this paradise forever! Love it!

Simply one of the best places we've ever stayed. The pictures on the website of the stunning villas aren't just professional shots - they really do look like that in real life. This is the perfect location if you want to get away from it all but also be close to restaurants and bars. The whole team look after you from Katin and Son to owners Grzegorz and Justyna. The villas are perched up a steep road which is not good for walking so you will need to make use of the driver which works perfectly, and he'll take you most places around island. If you want to come back after 9pm you can easily get a taxi. The villas have literally everything you could need and you can also get takeaway delivered if you fancy staying in. Could not recommend this place more highly
