Very very loud noise from the bar nearby until 1:00AM every day.
Dirty sheets. We found a big stain on the sheets.
No reception at night so we could not talk to anyone to replace the dirty sheets

There was water under the sink because the pipe was leaking. The whole room stank, which was really annoying. The flush kept running a little water, which was a bit annoying. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was actually a good room, but that was really annoying. The music in the evening was very loud. But the breakfast that was included was very good. They were all very helpful.

I booked a double bed room, but was given a standard room. The room type did not match the picture. I suspected that the front desk gave me the wrong room. I booked a deluxe garden view room, but there was no view. There was a balcony outside the window, and the noisy street.

Great location. The cheaper rooms are not on beach but 2 blocks away, over a noisy bar. I slept with earplugs and was fine.

One pool was out of order, all televisions were out of use on the site. At the other pool most of the chair were broken/damaged in some way and pool was frequently used for dive training so not very relaxing. Location was very good though, could be pretty loud from the surrounding bars. Not sure I’d stay again.

We traveled from 29 Dec - 01 Jan and thought that area would be loud as most f the review said but it’s quite quiet than we thought even on the busy night. The building we stayed is located in cabaret show street. The room is clean and the bed is nice. Sadly the pool at the front beach was broke so we couldn’t use that. Staff is nice and very helpful.
