Red Moon Hideaway Hotel in Chang Island

I planned to stay only a few days and in the end I stayed for almost 3 weeks. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I made lots of video for my yoga challenge because the garden and pool area is just wonderful to relax and enjoy the nature. A beautiful small beach is in 5 min walking distance. Bailan is a small village with plenty of good restaurants around. I especially loved the restaurant across the road (Tamarin). I hope to to be back soon. Thanks for all those memories @Harley Moon 💕

The resort was simply breathtaking with its lush greenery, which is perfect for relaxation, the ambiance is very peaceful.
The villa room is very spacious.
The resort owner offered a variety of activities that we can do around the area.

Christian is such a lovely and warm guy. We broke down outside the hotel and he was a life saver to help fix the scooter. We had some time to chat with Christian about the hotel and had a look around the rooms which are very well appointed. Unfortunately we already had accommodation booked otherwise we would have definitely stayed here but will next time! The level of personal friendly service you will receive is hard to be matched on the island.

Had a relaxing and fun stay at Harley Moon Hideway. Love the room especially the hammock on the veranda..will surely come back next year and looking forward to that sundowner party again with the owners, Christian and Abbey..kudos to you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first stay at Harley Moon Hideaway and surely not our last one. The owner Christian looked very well after us and on arrival we were immediately impressed how much time he invested to introduce us to the island. The tranquill Bailean Beach is only a 5 minute stroll from the resort. Our room was very tidy and a tasty good-quality breakfast was provided for a small surcharge only. Therefore we didn't have the urge to fill our hungry morning-bellies at nearby places around. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable and you can expect us back in October.

To other travelers, I say it is worth staying here. You will definitely enjoy the beautiful nature, good local food, great sandy beaches (the best one, Lonely Beach is very close). The infrastructure is good: convenience stores, motorbike rentals. For bars you might need to go to next village to get more party. You will find everything you need around to spend the best time on Koh Chang island. If you just feel like relaxing you can chill out in Harley Moon restaurant area in company of Christian and other guests.
Advice: renting a motorbike makes exploring the island much more comfortable.
