I would recommend avoiding this accommodation. The pictures are way nicer than the accommodation, we were “upgraded” when we arrived from a pool room to a sea-view and the quality of the room was significantly worse. There was no wifi. The area is called “mini-pattaya” and it’s a bit of a walk from a beach/white sands.

A room with a partial sea view on the 2nd floor. Clean. Cleaning every day. The shower is small and not separated from the toilet and sink, very inconvenient. The partitions between the neighboring balconies are not finished. You can see everything that is done at the neighbors. The pool is not bad, but small. Often a lot of people. There is no beach. Shops and cafes are very close. The Internet is bad. The staff is responsive.

The hotel needs a major overhaul, there is a lot of rubbish outside along the corridors that is not cleared. There are many nightlife venues across the hotel and the music was playing until 3am, which made it impossible to sleep. However, the room was cleaned very well. There is no access to the sea, and you need to walk a short distance to the beach. The WiFi router does not support connecting to the computer, I sent the computer to be repaired, but it only required changing the device settings.

This hotel is situated on the rocky part of the white sand beach. In my opinion the room needs to be upgraded beginning with a very poor lightning. Those white LCD lamps are terrible for the eyes at night. The mattress is also quite old and the mosquito net door is not closing properly. Breakfast is not available, so one has to go outside to the nearest restaurant. It's not a big issue, but it would be lovely for a hotel to provide the service. And be aware that at night one can hear bar music until 2:00 am. But other than that, it's quite suitable for staying for a while.

The water from the tap was yellow and smelly, it was impossible to wash or brush your teeth! The hotel doesn't have a beach, just rocks and the sea, they poured bags of chlorine into the pool, it was also impossible to swim in it. Pros: there is a store nearby, parties, they cleaned every day. But the hotel needs renovation, everything is tired. I don't recommend it!

Overall I though the hotel was very good and I would certainly stay there again. The thing that let the hotel down was the fact that there was no cafe on site and no coffee making facilities in the rooms, so if you wanted any refreshments at all you had to go go the shop up the road.

Very well located in White Sand, Koh Chang.
Friendly staff, high quality hotel and best garden in Koh Chang. I really like this Resort.

Clean rooms with sea view.
Perhaps Koh Chang's best price/quality.
When breakfast is added to the service, this place it's perfect!
