The best views of the entire vacation, an unforgettable experience. The staff is very pleasant, the rooms are clean. There's no beach, but there's a pool, and the breakfasts are simple

The pool is beautiful, but small. The territory is not completely cleaned, there is garbage. Excellent view of the sea from the first line. The room is not big, there is not even a wardrobe

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed everything. There are enough sun loungers for everyone. There's a 7/11, street food stalls (makashnitsy), and a buffet close by. The coastline is long, great for walks

Breakfasts are also modest; coffee is from a pot, and there are no croissants, but you can still get your fill. All of this can be forgiven because of the hotel's stunning grounds and incredible sunsets

Far away from good beaches therefore you always need to catch a taxi or have a motorbike. Taxi costs 100 bath so think of this.Rooms are ok..according to kind of low price. I didn't like it.

On my way, I came across "Orchid" the ladies there gave me access to WiFi so I could connect to my fioncee. As it turned out, she arrived at an other pier, now not in use, waiting for me for 2,5 hours

This is very personnel, I came to Koh Chang first time to meet my future wife! Had wifi my hotel so we agreed to meet 07:15 at the pier! Very nervous I got there, ferry terminated all passengers……

This place is a rare find—where untouched nature meets luxurious convenience in the most effortless way. The resort sits on a peaceful, pristine stretch of beach that feels secluded and serene

If the taste is as expected, it is better than many domestic chain five-star hotels. The guests are all European and American tourists. A short walk in is the public beach, where you can go swimming

We stayed one night before arriving in Coconut. The room (cabin) was small, the air conditioner was noisy, and the mattresses were a bit hard

There are other high-quality resorts too, but they're farther away from this beautiful beach. Without a doubt, for me, this is the best location and beach. The best way to get around the island is by motorbike or car

It has direct access to the beach, one of the largest and most beautiful, and it's truly excellent. You can walk along the shore and go to other places directly from the hotel, since it's right on the beach

The rooms are good for an island; they're within the expected parameters. remember, this is a jungle island, not Dubai. And this resort, compared to others, is quite good

Cleanliness: Our room was very clean. The bed linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless, which we really appreciated. Tips: Tropical Mosquitoes: The only downside was the mosquitoes (common for such a green area)

Beautiful hotel with breakfast included. Right in to beach which is where everyone is. Friendly staff. Please don't leave anything outside if you stay ocean view, the monkeys will steal it all!!! 🤣🙊

Territory: The hotel has a very convenient location right on the beachfront. The territory is lush and green, with plenty of trees providing natural shade, which is perfect for relaxing outside

Facilities: One of the main highlights is the swimming pool. It’s perfectly situated and offers some of the best views on the island

Very very friendly staff always smiling and willing to help. Our room (budget) was “outside” the main complex near the beach, like 3min walk to the reception and breakfast (delicious and various food for breakfast)

There are no big waves on the sea due to rocks that break those ahead of shore. Downside is poor access road that you will be literally crawling on with anything but a pickup truck

Absolutely amazing experience! We honestly weren’t planning on coming back to this hotel as it’s quite far away, but everything changed once we went to the bar and met Kong

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is at the neighbour's resort. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices. The beach is quiet and very clean. We loved this place!! We will come back!🙏

We didn’t have had a night at the resort, we just had couple of drinks at the small beach bar. The guy who is running it, is a legend!! Such a nice and good bartender with a golden soul!!!

He is without a doubt one of the nicest bartenders we’ve ever met. Kong went above and beyond to make sure the service was perfect and made us feel so welcome from the very first visit

If you’re staying here or even just passing by, the bar is a must-visit — ask for Kong! (I have added a picture of the beautiful view from the bar I took and lone behold Kong with his warm welcoming smile!)

It's serene and quiet, we loved the east coast and enjoyed a private boat ride through the mangroves and found some stunning and chilled beaches. Would not hesitate to recommend and can't wait to return 😊

Super hotel, on the northern part of the island, very beautiful, quiet and secluded, there is a feeling that you are alone there, the sea is not so beautiful, but it is because of the brown sand, 5-10 minutes to the ferry, there is only one shop nearby, waterfalls

There are also kayaks and SUP's available to use. The staff were so friendly and professional, they can't do enough for you, the manager Thip is amazing (as is her delicious food!)

We took a day trip over to the Westside enjoy the beach but we're happy to get back to peace and quiet, many thanks to the staff at serenity resort

We stayed at Serenity Resort for 14 nights for our honeymoon. I had visited 7 years previously and again It did not disappoint

The food is the best you can get and covers a wide range of dishes. Breakfast lunch and dinner so many choices at excellent value. The whole team are happy to help

I stayed here for several days and I just kept extending because it was that good. Spacious room, good value for money, and a delicious breakfast every morning

The beach is also conveniently located just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a beachfront restaurant with a seaside atmosphere, perfect for a romantic sunset dinner. In the evening, there's even a fire show

We stayed in the Phutara room, which was spacious and had a comfortable bed and was well-equipped with amenities. The back yard offers views of the canal and mangrove forest

The interior is a bit old, but the hotel has everything you need. Most importantly, the beach, where there are all possible services, is reached by a very beautiful bridge.

It was a clean and very basic room, and has a big open area with swimming pool face to sea, good staffs. I’ll choose to come back next time when I am here.

A few new plastic chairs, especially outside the rooms, would improve the look and wouldn't cost much. The friendly young woman at reception does a great job. The owner, a Dutchman, is also very good

In a quieter part of Koh Chang away from the nightlife and great location for access to thesouth part of the island. Lovely view of the sea and relaxed environment. Walking distance to main strip and restaurants

The room has everything you need. Refrigerator, quiet air conditioner, clean pool. The beach is rocky, big low tide. You can swim in the morning. We liked everything.

Nice villas with great view of sunset. No beach access but the views are worth it. Staffs were all attentive and friendly. Rooms are well maintained. A little far down the island but close to Magic Garden resraurant.

The hotel is located slightly away from everything, but rent a scooter at the reception and in 15 minutes you will get to everything you need. If you do not need parties, this is a great place

The room is very private and the room type is also great. Breakfast is a set menu, but each person is limited to 2 types. I personally feel that it would be better to order unlimited amounts.

The restaurant/café had long opening hours and offered a vegan selection, which was nice for us as vegans. The massages we were able to book on site were excellent - you could tell the staff were experienced

Nice Location close to the beach. Good variety of bars and restaurants in that area. Clean room. There is also a Restaurant with a Pool table included in the Hotel. The bathroom is a bit small.

Saw a sign advertising Danish hot dog when I went past. Had to stop immediately and try it. I wasn't surprised that the colour of the dog wasn't red like in Denmark. They colour them with food colouring over there

They made us check in late, the water heater was broken, and there was no parking space.

We got to the island late at night and just showed up here and got an excellent last minute price for one of the older rooms. There are some really nice new rooms with ocean view as well

It's a good hotel, although the beach isn't very good, but it's not a problem to get to another one.

There is very good parking if you bring your car, but at the minimum, you'll want to rent scooters. The staff is very helpful at advising on various options

One piece of advice: they should do a little more maintenance. For such a nice place, details are noticable. For example, there is a spiral stairway ascending from in front of the reception to a jacuzzi on the roof

A beautiful hideaway in koh Chang’s bang bao bay with sea views situated in jungle greenery alive with natural wildlife (monkeys ) and a private small boat that crosses the bay to kong koi beach

Quite remote, it is located at the very tip of the island. The nearest restaurant is about 2 km away. Across the street is a National Park jungle so monkeys occasionally drop by for a visit

The owners are very friendly and good english speaking! Quiet place and good location between white sand and klong prao beach. And i am really glad that we could find this for staying ?

We loved our stay at Macura Resort. The room got cleaned everyday and was quite nice and roomy! You can have breakfast there and the pool and garden area are very well looked after

Marcel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The on-site bike rental service was super convenient and made getting around the island so easy

There are a lot of different flowers and plants throughout the territory. Steve and Lily created a truly chic atmosphere in their complex, to which you always want to return. Thanks to Steve and Lily for a great vacation

So make sure to acquire some mobility, like a scooter or a car. The area further south has some very nice places to discover and visit. We can recommend the private SUV transfer from Bangkok, that the owner proposed

We had a truly wonderful time at Privacy Resort. It’s located at the east side of Koh Chang, which is more quiet and way less touristy than the west side

This has to be one of the best 3 star hotels ever. Very good indeed. Comfy bed too, which is so important. Fabulous restaurant, perfect location.

so it's likely that some of the things will be fixed. The area was quieter than some one the island, which suited us but may not suit everyone

We rent with friends one house. 2 floors, room was clean but but wardrobe with mold. Good swimming pool. Good breakfast and nice view. 7/11 and good restaurants 5 mins by walking. I like this place
