Nice location, clean, the room is beautiful. The only problem is the walls and noise protectors is not enough, I can hear the room next to me and footsteps from outside.

Great hotel wirh lovely staff. Walk right onto the beach. Clean room with good amenities. Beach towels and bag in room.

Upon check-in, our family room had a dirty patch on the wall under the air conditioner and was located near the reception area. The room provided was not as cozy or inviting as it appeared in the photos, and it was quite small, with a very narrow walkway between the entrance and the beds. We managed to upgrade to a higher-category room on the spot for an additional fee.
Breakfast is delivered to the room with two options to choose from, but the only place to eat is on the bed, which is quite inconvenient. Another drawback is the lack of foot-washing stations outside the rooms, meaning sand gets tracked in constantly.
On the positive side, the location is excellent – just 10 steps from a beach with pristine white sand. The hotel also offers private sun loungers and has a cafe serving delicious iced coffee.
I noticed the hotel features two premium rooms – two-story bungalows with direct sea views (as shown in some photos), but I couldn't find them listed on Trip.com.

The environment is wonderful, with the sea right outside the door. Breakfast was very clean and fresh.

the sky seaside deluxe is spacious, clean and tidy, and it is located very close to the beach.
sawasdee coco is located at one end of sai kaew beach, while it is still near other major beach restaurants, with fire shows, e.g. winkks, grand view and tonsak.
it is worth mentioning that the staff are attentive.
when i get to the sky seaside deluxe, i need to pass a short passageway via the beach and go up to the second floor.
when i check out, the housekeeping staff members were just passed by and they proactively came to us and help us brought our luggages, not just to the front desk, but to the songthaew station.

I will definitely stay here again. It was beautiful and exactly as pictured, and the staff provided excellent service.

The resort is close to the beach so it is really convenient to chill at the beach. Overall experience is great and close with a lot of restaurants along the Sai Kaew Beach.

The service was excellent. I accidentally left something in my room, and a staff member quickly ran to bring it to me. The staff were lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning.

The hotel was walking distance from the pier by 10 minutes and it's the beach front near all the restaurants and the fire show at night.
