Good location, even the hotel now is no restaurant? But it’s convenient to walk around finding all kinds of foods, although the hotel mostly has smaller rooms? But for the prices for this location it is not too bad,

I was there on the heavy rain in Bangkok. The location was in a deep flooding. My car had to park on the corner of the hotel and on the main road, which was taking a risk by any drivers and may be flooded by the heavy rain. It was no choice, the hotel provided approximately only 10 cars for parking. This is not a good choice if you have a car. Moreover, the towels, bed sheet and blanket looks so awful and very old. I paid on the deluxe room and more expensive the the normal room. The money spend is worthless compare to the service received.

Although advertise it is available to put extra bed but it doesn't . Staff dont speak. English and attitude is poor. I do not recommend people to stay there. I dont like people cheat.

The service was extremely poor. The waiters were whispering to each other and gave us a room with a broken TV, unchanged sheets, and a faulty water heater. The room was not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. We reported it to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said that the room you had already checked in live, want to change need charged a cleaning fee . Reporting it to trip.com did not help.
