The front desk staff were excellent, always greeting us with a smile every day. The hotel's location is also great.

The staff was incredibly friendly! 🥰🥰🥰 The location is also excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Pratunam Market. The hotel was quite clean 💕, and the breakfast food was delicious too!

The staff was really helpfull.Hotel is overall really clean and modern.But beawre on the stay cause you will get fined for every small damage .They got a list that says that.Besides that hotel was good very comfortable beds . They also give you free welcome and exit drinks and really polite. Would 100% recommend you value for money.

Been staying at the same hotel for the past few times I’m in Bangkok. Location is great and there’s many amenities nearby. Close to pratunam mall.

Cozy little hotel in a convenient location. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcome. I appreciated attention to the details in the hotel and room design. People working in the hotel are very nice, kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here. I was able to get to every location I needed on foot or via BTS (15 min). There is a laundry, 24H convenience store and a wonderful massage place right around the corner. Siam Square is in the 20 min walking distance. The only issue was with wi-fi in the evening: sometimes it barely worked, probably because everyone got back to their rooms and needed access to the internet. I wish the hotel management fixed the wi-fi speed in the evening. Breakfast was all right, just average — still a really convenient option allowing me to start my day early and not waste any time looking for a breakfast spot.

Value for money hotel. Warm hospitality from the hotel crews from the moment you stepped in and leaving. It was a nice touch to provide a refreshing cold pandan drink upon our arrival. Shoutout to night shift staff who always greet us Sawadeekup with such enthusiasm.
