Good location for local food and nightlife experience. Room was a bit dusty and somewhat the drain appeared to be smelly.

We had a very late checked in as we landed at 6am not realising that our main hotel which is just opposite won’t take us until 12 noon and we just needed to refresh and nap. There were pajamas provided.Very clean, the room was small but will be good enough for few days stay. Very cheap considering there was also a free breakfast ,

Nice location and cleanliness

The room size was perfectly adequate for me. The staff across the board were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the convenience of having drinks and snacks available for purchase in the lobby, and the common area with multiple power outlets and seating was a huge plus for relaxing or getting some work done. The elevator requires a key card to access your floor, which made me feel very secure.

However, despite my request for a quiet room when booking, I ended up in a room facing the street. I could hear motorcycles both morning and night. The most awkward part was being able to hear my neighbors brushing their teeth and even snoring through the walls at night – that was really a deal-breaker. The hotel's overhead lights are all yellow spotlights, making it difficult to do makeup unless I pulled back the curtains for natural light.

For my room type, I had to request towels, toothbrushes, and disposable slippers from the front desk, which they provided. Drinking water was available in the common areas on each floor, but no bottled water was provided in the room itself. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the shower's water volume, temperature, and pressure were all within normal limits. They provided wall-mounted shampoo and body wash, but I had brought my own. All in all, a mixed experience.

The room is clean and corresponds to the price, located not far from the city center of Bangkok, the room is comfortable and I feel like I can come again later.

Great location, well equipped hotel, and very friendly staff. The only issue was that the power went out twice while I was showering, and I had to call reception to reset it. They explained it can happen in some rooms if too much power is used; also the washing machine is unfortunately not included in the price. Apart from that, everything was very good.

I’m super impressed with this place! The room was super clean, smelled fresh, and the air-con was perfectly cool , honestly feels like a brand-new hotel. The bed is amazingly soft, and all the pillows are super comfy! I’ve stayed at so many hotels and always had issues with the bed or pillows, but this one is definitely No.1 the coziest place ever!👍🏻

I also love that they provide glass bottles for refilling clean drinking water 🍶 such a cute and eco-friendly idea. Everything was perfect, totally 10/10! 🫶🏻

Make sure you stay in the main building. Since the heater dont work in the other one + water pressure was non existent ( 2 rooms on diffrent floors, we moved after 1 night. The main building the shower is fine and the ac works great. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated. The bed is comfy. Happy that the staff took action fast and moved us. Good location in Silom.
