There is hotel well. Not close the city center, but very comfortable for the silence rest there

Very helpful staff, clean and modern room. Café doesn't accept credit card payments.

Very friendly staff. Here you get all you need for a comfortable stay. Close to transportation, Market and Bar's.

Good hotel for budget travellers. Nice location. Spacious rooms. 5 mins walk to tesco lotus. The only cons is that they provide towels that stained already which made me hesitant to use.

The hotel is dated, soundproof was bad, the towels were yellowish & full of stains, a lot of ants in the room.

Nice boutique hotel located in a quiet residential area...only 5 minutes walk to on nut bts...super convenient and the room is very clean and spacious

This hotel remains my first choice budget hotel in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok.
But...some improvements are needed in my room.
The room was rather noisy from street noise as it backed on to the main road (soi 50) and Charm restaurant, which can be noisy and is open late. But great food.
The window blind was totally useless and did not cover the whole window and let in light and sound.
The net curtain was badly ripped.
The Aircon unit was behind the door which was a very strange location as the door could not be fully opened.
All that aside. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Free coffee and water each day.
The staff are always wonderful.
I look forward to my next visit.

The location is great, very close to the BTS and Lotus, both within walking distance. It's quiet at night. There's a large terrace and a sofa upstairs, perfect for enjoying the breeze in the evening.
