The reception and maid service was so nice and always welcoming to help me.

The room is spacious and well cleaned everyday. The washing machines and dryers provided is very useful for us and afforable too, 30baht for 9kg and 40baht for 11kg load together with only 10baht for 10mins drying. The nearest BTS station Phahon Yothin 24 is only 5min walk from hotel.

When ever we are in Bangkok we stay here, the rooms are a good size, it’s close to a train station but none of that really matters more than the swimming pool. We love the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is the reason we stay here, it’s clean, never too busy and the perfect size.

The room isn’t studio type. If it’s better for room key is tap card. Overall is good, near to the BTS and 7 eleven.

The breakfast was disappointing. The food is cold, no chafing dish to keep food warm. The sunny side up eggs are burned or overcooked. No coffee machine.

Nice and simple accomodation, walkable distance to BTS, a small mall and night markets, fuss free check-in and out. Good for early flights from Don Mueang airport, above 15 minutes away.

Above average overall for this hotel location very far from city center but bts skytrain just a minute walk

Nice hotel with clean family rooms. The hotel looks nice and is in an excellent location from transporation persepective. BTS, Bus Stop and 7-11 very near. Swimming pool is great. If you want decent and clean hotel at lower cost and if you are OK living slightly far from the city center but well conencted, this is the place. The good part ends here. Lots of weaknesses
- Breakfast is very poor. My advice - please add a hundred or two baht but improve your breakfast. The breakfast does not even have coffee. Only provides a sachet for Nescafe.
- The room has a big refrigerator, tea and coffee sachets etc. BUT there are no CUPS for the tea/coffee.
- The room does not have power plug at right place to connect the water jug to heat water coffee. You have to hold it all the time. Who designed your rooms ?
In summary, they have built nice looking hotel but needs lots of improvements.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there's a 7-Eleven right at the alley entrance. The room uses a traditional key, and you must double-lock the door when checking out. I didn't double-lock it when I left, and my power card was still inside. When I went back to look for it, it was gone, and they charged me 300 Thai Baht. Overall, it's still good value for money, and it's quiet at night since it's not facing the street.
