Probably the worst hotel in the town. Don't deserve to have 1 star even. There is no hot water option in the room, no room service, no toilet paper, washrooms are horrible! The receptionists are rude and dont understand basic english. Waste of money.

new furniture. its just a bit far if you don't have bike or car. and they accept only cash!!!! and the nearest atm is 7 minutes walk

Comfortable room, and a friendly staff. Parking facility is awesome too. The only problem is that it is a bit far from the centre, so renting a self drive car is recommended.

Nice place for the price. Good area near lots of good food (Eastville Mall and sidestreets), but tucked away out of traffic. The only big downside was the noise from the garage and hallway, due to the building's strange design/cheap construction. I would stay again though.

Good for long term rentals (6 months), however linen, room cleaning, WiFi, utilities etc are all charged separately. Walking distance to three supermarkets, shopping center, 7-11, ect. Restaurant next door is fantastic and reasonably priced (50-75 Baht per person for three dishes cooked to order). Street vendors within walking distance as well.

Place is quite and clean, everything is new inside and decor is good. Just have no amenities at all inside room except two towels and very cheap blanket. So if u stay there remember to buy everything u gonna need. And don't forget to close the bathroom window as they always leave it opened so maybe geckos and mosquitos come inside room if left open long time, I don't know why they do that. But at the end it's good for its cheap price
