Old facilities, poor sound proofing. Dishonest staff that if you ask for something they will not tell the truth. Example: Called the reception desk at midnight because guests above me in a family room, at least 5, were so loud there's no way to sleep. They said they sent somebody to investgate but they could not hear any noise. You think? That's not smartl. You aren't going to hear stomping neighbors if the housekeeper just walks down the hall to check out sound. Noise from a loud room travels down to the next room, not the hallway. They also told me that my former room I wanted was occupied by a long term guest. Guess what? The next morning, I saw a housekeeper cleaning the room. The guests, whoever they were, had checked out, not long term. Also, moldy A/C units and this time we had roaches. I have photos and ants eating the roach! Disgusting...
