Just the right area since it’s walking distance away from BTS train

The room I stayed in was completely empty, like a prison cell. It was so depressing to be in there. The shared bathroom and sinks were absolutely disgusting. It truly felt like a dungeon, without even a window. The room only had a bed and a broken table, and I don't even think there was a chair.

Travelers beware!!!

The only positive is the location, it’s close to the BTS and easy to get around Bangkok.

Unfortunately, everything else was a terrible experience. There’s no elevator (which wasn’t disclosed), and I had just gotten a mammogram, so carrying luggage upstairs wasn’t ideal.

When I returned to the room late at night, I found moldy pillows, rusty bathroom fixtures, a strong mildewy smell, and constant water noise through the walls. I went downstairs immediately about the pillows, and the front desk said there were no replacements. They gave me one “decent” pillow and said that was all they had.

The hotel claimed it was fully booked, so switching rooms didn’t seem like an option. I checked out the next day and requested a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel refused, saying I didn’t communicate the issues, which I did.

I ended up finding another hotel at a similar price with much better cleanliness and service. Location alone isn’t worth it.

We were a group of 15 people and booked 4 rooms: 2 double queen and 2 triple queen. Our rooms were on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors (304, 404, 501, and 601), all with windows or balconies.

At first, we were unsure because the average rating was only 3.4, but we were very satisfied. The rooms were clean, spacious, and matched the description and photos on Trip.com. Only one minor issue in room 404: the sink was broken and the shower pressure was low, but the staff fixed it on the second day.

There is no elevator, but we already anticipated that, so it was not a problem. The location is excellent—just 300 meters from BTS Phra Khanong station. On the third day, we found out that free drinking water is available, but you need to collect it yourself at the reception (in the next building).

Conclusion: You pay for a 1-star hotel, so don’t expect 4- or 5-star facilities. For the price, it was a great stay with clean rooms and a very strategic location.

The location is very convenient, close to the BTS and easy to travel around. However, the main downside is the noise. The rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear doors and other guests clearly, which made it difficult to rest and sleep comfortably. There are also stairs, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it’s acceptable for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place.
