Great value for money. Clean and comfortable. Parking is a must, but be sure to let us know as there may be limited space.

We stayed for 2 days from 23 to 25.07.2025.
The location is quite good in relation to attractions, transport interchanges. The only minus of the location, although it may also be an advantage, is that it is located in a very small alley, a taxi may not find it or not want to go inside.
But this is not a problem, of course.
In the rest, everything is very good. We had a reservation for a family room, we had two adjoining rooms, very clean, with all the amenities, bottled water, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, there is everything you need and even more. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable, authentic. The room, like the whole hotel, is decorated in an original way and this creates the necessary atmosphere. In fact, we only spent the night at the hotel, it was very pleasant to return there in the evening.
Friendly administrators, coffee machine, microwave downstairs.

We were looking for a place in Bangkok for 5 days where we can stay with animals (we have two cats). We also needed an extended room with an extra bed since we have a teenage daughter. In general, it was two rooms combined. So we had two bathrooms. Clean, they gave us water every day, changed towels and took out the trash, even if we didn’t ask for it with a “clean the room” sign. We were on the 3rd floor, so it was hard to drag heavy suitcases up there. The owners are friendly to cats, they immediately gave us a tray, a spatula and bowls. It was great! Cookies and coffee on the first floor. They also have large scales for weighing suitcases. No breakfast or any food at all. 5-7 minutes to the metro. 10 minutes to the night market. 10 minutes to shopping centers (there are many of them and they are in different places in the area). The air conditioners work silently and well, this is very important!

It would be even better if the location was good. The people were nice.
The hot water came out properly in the bath. The bed was also clean.

Stayed there with friends in 2 rooms that had connection between them. Super clean, super comfy and family that runs the business are super super sweet and helpfull on any matter. Will stay there everytime i'm in Bangkok ! Great value for the price

Lovely guesthouse in a secluded, quiet street off the main road Surawong. Contemporary decor, gorgeous comfortable bed and the air con is quiet so you’re guaranteed a good nights sleep. I’ll definitely be returning one day. Incredible value for money.

Very nice stay. Very clean and superb location. I got it just 163 thb from Expedia promotional price. I couldn't ask for more!!!! The owner is very friendly and kind. First night, I forgot my room keycard in the car which parked a bit far. So, she opened the door for me! She could have left me outside and did nothing but she didn't. She offered to help! Impressive :)
