The LOL Elephant Hostel in Bangkok

I was here to pick up my tourists so no comment on the room. Personally, the hôtel staff is at her good hospitality and nice. Small hostel, but good vibes next to the klongs or canal, not very busy. Lobby secured and clean restroom. The hostel is well places, not fat from Khaosan road and Rambuttri road as well as Banglymphy area. Not far from the road, I imagine the room are quiet. You can easily visit several attractions and historical places by Public transports like taxi, tuktuk, connect to the taxi boat pier,and by walk. Not yet métro line, but in the near future. The hostel is also next to a local temple, you can also appreciated the temple with all respect codes.

Very clean, quiet, with lovely communal balcony. Private rooms are really well priced. Dorm rooms extremely small. Staff friendly. Free instant coffee/ovaltine. And ice lolly during happy hour. Stay here each time I'm in the city.

It was so nice stay and cheap. And friendly staff and all share-staffed are clean and tidy.
Even though it's in Bangkok, doesn't feel too urban, it feels like living in a small town like Chiang Mai.
This hostel is very easy to get to other famous places. Especially since it's close to Khaosan Road, you can just walk back and sleep after getting drunk.
One thing I like is that it's very quiet and peaceful.

Amazing location and facilities too. We booked a private room which overlooked the river which was lovely. Kitchen facilities with free hot drinks, cooker and fridge available for use too. Outside covered seating area right next to kitchen makes it very enjoyable.

We had been in Bangkok for three days and stayed in this hostel where has great location. "Change" is the most helpful person I have ever seen And owner is so so sweet, perfect hospitalites and strong customer Service. For sure, I love to stay back again.

It is a lovely place, near to good place to party the night.

Amazing hostel in a great location.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Deluxe Queen Room. The room, while small, had a well sized comfortable bed and excellent private toilet/shower facilities. The air conditioning worked a treat and the room was expertly cleaned daily. There was also free access to a fast and reliable wifi.

The communal area offered free drinking water and ice cream and had a nice terrace overlooking the river.

The location is a short walk from Khao San Road. It’s approximately 20 minutes walk to the closest metro station but we found the bus stop near Democracy Monument (5 mins away) had regular buses to every part of the city and each airport, meaning it was cheap and easy to get around.

Overall this hostel was excellent value for money and I’d highly recommend staying.

I stayed in the 10 bedroom dorm and had a lovely and comfortable experience of it. Each bed is designed like your own Pod. They provide a bedside fan, socket and a small locker which is actually extremely convenient- for me it's nice to know that my most valuable items are close to my bed.
And of course next level air-conditioning, which is a need not a want.

The first and 2nd floor has a communal balcony (smoking) area which overlooks a canal. With the bustling of khaosan a stones throw away it's amazing how this canal way is so quiet.

The inside communal area has a kitchenette and a lounge area with a large TV - having the opportunity to watch Wimbledon was a huge bonus. Everyday between 3 to 5 ice creams are on the house, which are a day of trekking round the temples is a literal godsend 🙏

The staff are very kind and helpful, they keep it remarkably clean. They also offer laundry service which is priced per kg of clothing - I think it's 90 baht per kg, for that it is cleaned, dried and folded!

This hostel isn't really for the party type it offers a much quieter crowd. However the service is so great and the whole experience is so comfortable I'd highly recommend it to anyone!
