In general it’s still okay but feels more and more like a factory.
- No flexibility for earlier check-in when you arrive early and a room might be ready. As a repeat customer this feels extra rude .
- ‘ Compulsory’ breakfast for two persons without exception even though you travel alone or don’t want to eat breakfast charged about 460 baht per night extra.
Staff was friendly and helpful. My booking was city view and without asking they gave me garden view, which was much nicer than city view. City view is literally a wall from the next building. My room was much smaller than 30sm mentioned in the booking and it had a strong moldy smell. I guess it came from the old and super noisy AC. The balcony was not even with door , it was more like a window to get out and in my room it was not possible to look it.
Breakfast and restaurant was both very good . Pool restaurant was very good food for a small price.
Mouldy, dirty walls, out of date air con, minute rooms with hardly a window. Tiny bathroom. Fixtures and fittings from a thrift store.
Complaint to reception results in them trying to get more money from you to Upgrade. There are much better hotels for the money. Good location though we moved to one on the next street.
