Chillax Heritage in Bangkok

If you are looking for a real 4 star hotel, this is the right place. I stayed here for a week, the crew members were super polite, welcoming and friendly, rooms were always clean. We were even allowed to pay at the hotel without the need for online advance payment.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and we were pleasantly surprised that we could check in earlier than expected. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable.
We especially appreciated the rooftop pool with a bar — a perfect place to relax. We also ordered food by the pool, which was very tasty. Breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious dishes, and we particularly enjoyed the variety of sweet pastries. Overall, we were very satisfied with the breakfast.
The location of the hotel was ideal for us. The Grand Palace was about a 15-minute walk away, and the Phra Arthit Pier was only a 3-minute walk, making it easy and quick to get around Bangkok.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and when we return to Bangkok, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

An excellent hotel located not far from the historic city center. We stayed for five nights.

Good:
- the rooms are very modern and clean
- the staff is very helpful and friendly
- the breakfast buffet has quite some options
- their rooftop pool was really great to swim in after sunset (and never crowded)

Could be better / matter of personal taste:
- the breakfast room had Christmas songs playing over and over again (in early December)

This hotel is very well located, making it a perfect base to explore the city. The nearby river makes it very easy to get around and reach different parts of Bangkok quickly. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop pool, a great spot to relax and cool off after the busy streets.

The first room we were given had a slight damp smell, but the reception staff immediately offered us a new room when we mentioned it. The replacement room was completely fine and very comfortable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the gentleman who showed us to our room and carried our luggage, his warm and attentive service made us feel very welcome.

Overall, Chillax Heritage Hotel is a great place to stay, with a fantastic location, easy river access, a lovely rooftop pool, and wonderful staff. Good choice in general!

I just finished my ASQ at CHILLAX HERITAGE and it was absolutely brilliant. 1) High quality western and thai food beef bolognese, chicken steak and chips, variety of burgers, curries and salads, bonus menu and 7-11 delivery service. 2) Caring nurses during covid testing. 3) Oversized Power JACUZZI bubble bath for hot relaxation, can watch NETFLIX on big screen from bath or bed. 4) Rooms are better than many famous 5 star hotels in Bangkok because it is a new hotel with ultra modern finish, quality bed with luxury linens. Top quality pillows, without the expense. 5) No musty smell and quiet road by the river in a quaint idyllic setting. 6) Tons of free extras: washing powder, lotions, bubble bath, full toiletries, flashlight, windows that open for ventilation, double curtains to control the outside light or create a complete blackout if you wish, two wardrobes, fridge, mini safe tea and coffee, thermometer, the list goes on and on to ensure VIP luxury 7) Cheaper and better than all the other options, I have been on holiday in Bangkok for 37 years so I know what is good and what is not in Bangkok. I live on the other side of town but chose this hotel because I value first class care and luxury over location which means the air here is much cleaner than Sukhumvit and does not flood like Sukhumvit. Down by the river just off Khao San Road.

I stayed at the Chillax Heritage Hotel during my 15 day ASQ. I was disappointed at first because my room did not have a view as I thought it would from booking.com. Once I spoke to the hotel staff they informed me that I did not book a room with a view but they upgraded me to the room I thought I had booked. To avoid confusion in the future I recommend the hotel to make sure the room photos on booking.com reflect the actual rooms. Other than that initial confusion everything else was great. The room had a view of the street, a nice bathroom and shower, great AC, a sofa, a large jacuzzi, a large bed etc. It was really clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Although they were not allowed to interact with me in person due to the quarantine, they responded very quickly to my messages and LINE requests. Every time I ordered food delivery they brought it to the room right away. They also helped me quickly with other requests, such as printing a document I needed. I recommend this hotel and its staff.

I recently had a fantastic quarantine at the Chillax Heritage. I booked it because it had a jacuzzi in the room and it did not disappoint! The room was large and comfortable and the bathtub made the whole experience completely enjoyable. The service was excellent, the hotel staff were always available and very quick to respond to queries. Anything I could have needed was delivered to my door within minutes. There are multiple meal options for each meal and the food was really good by quarantine standards so if you are a picky eater like me this is a real plus. The only downside I can think of is the inability to heat up food (no microwave). Otherwise a 10 out of 10 recommended hotel for quarantine and I imagine in normal times it would be just as great if you wanted to explore Bangkok.

I had a fantastic quarantine experience at Chillax Heritage recently.
I booked it based on having a jacuzzi tub in the room, and it did not disappoint! The room was large and comfortable and the tub made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable.

The service was outstanding, and hotel staff were available on Line at all times and extremely quick to respond to requests. I had everything I could possibly need delivered to my door within minutes.

There are several food options for every meal and the food was really good by quarantine standards, so if you're a picky eater like me this is a real plus. I can think of only one downside which is the inability to reheat food (no microwave).

Otherwise 10/10 recommended hotel for quarantine, and I imagine it would be just as excellent in normal times if you wish to explore Bangkok.
