Clean and hygienic, the air conditioning was very cold, and the room size was just right for me. The location is just on Watergate Street, directly opposite a shopping paradise. December is just a skybridge away.

The place is located at a strategic location within walking distance to many place of attractions / shopping areas such as Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, halal restaurants, convenience stores, massage places. It’s a cozy enough place if you only need for sleeping/showering while spending most of the time outside.

Very nice accommodations. Complete with a private bathroom. Affordable for its price. No view for rooms. A bit small but the location is so nice you forget about it. A few minutes walk to Pratunam Market. If you'd like walking distance also to Platinum Mall and Central World.

Overall had a nice stay here. Front desk also speaks in English.

The room is quite small but is clean. There is a bit noisy at the morning because the housekeeper check and clean the room at around 9AM.

Tiny Room, Big Heart—Perfect for a Quick Stay

This hotel is all about location. It’s in the perfect area, super central and close to everything you’d want—but fair warning, it’s tucked away in what feels like the alley of an alley. When we arrived late at night, exhausted, the taxi dropped us off on the main street and pointed us toward a narrow path. It’s only a three-minute walk, but that first impression had us thinking, “Wait… this is where we’re staying?”

Thankfully, that feeling disappears the moment you step into reception. The staff—no matter the shift—are absolute gems. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You walk in and immediately feel taken care of. That alone made a huge difference.

Our room was in a separate building next to reception, which felt a little odd at first, but honestly, it didn’t matter. Now, about the room itself… let’s just say it redefines “compact.” I’ve stayed in some tiny spots in Japan, and this one might take the cake. The bed touches both walls—literally wall-to-wall mattress. On the bright side, you’ll never fall off! But space is tight. You’ll need to take turns opening your suitcases, and forget about doing it at the same time with your partner.

The bathroom follows the same theme: everything squeezed into one little corner—toilet, sink, and shower all in one go. It’s not luxurious, but it works.

Bottom line: this place is super affordable, incredibly well located, and ideal if you just need a clean spot to shower and sleep. If that’s what you’re after, it’s a fantastic choice. Just don’t expect to do yoga in your room.

My 3rd stay at Marwin Space. Their service just gets better each time. Room is clean and spacious suitable for family size. Location is near to all popular shopping area and accessible. Will definitely choose to stay here again.
