This is a pretty good hotel, though the one-way street leading to the entrance can be a bit awkward, as many cars are hesitant to go down it. On the plus side, the city train right outside the hotel goes directly to Bangkok International Airport, which is really convenient.

My favorite Bangkok hotel as of now. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and good location for an excellent price. They'll even do a quick check of your room before you check out to make sure you didn't forget anything, which I wasn't expecting. Praises all around!

The hotel room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The facilities were brand new, and the decor had a lovely Thai style. The location was also super convenient; the hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley right next to a subway station, so it's peaceful and away from the main road.

This is the first time that we have stayed at True Siam Praya Thai hotel and we were impressed with the convenience of the hotel and it's value for money. This hotel is only a few minutes walk from the airport express last station and there was no problem in finding the location. It is also working distance to Victoria monument station where there is a shopping centre and a local store selling delicious braised duck and pig throttle rice.

Pro: friendly staff, good location, room overall not bad
Cons: the mattresses are x2 single to make it as queen size, not comfy enough as the edges are a big killer, there shall have microwave available to more basic rooms as it is inconvenient to have hot food after the resto hours. The aircon should allow adjustment too

The room was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly. Great location near the BTS and the Phayathai Airport Link Hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! The service was excellent. Very clean. Also, great location - very quiet but has access to the metro and not very far from the main sights. A nice night market nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, very quiet, located at the sidestreet, so there is no noise and about 5 min walk to the road. Approx 10 min walk from BTS station, close to Pratunam market and malls.
The breakfast is no choise - eggs, toasts, rice, some fruits.
The room is airy and clean, not old. Clean bathroom.
The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help.
