The overall stay was fantastic, we had a really great time l. It's near wat hualamphong, samyan mrt and many other great places. Loved the overall feel and service of the hotel, highly recommended. Breakfast was another highlight.

The hotel is a 40-minute drive from the international airport. Breakfasts are excellent, which is especially helpful after staying on Phu Quoc Island, where the cuisine is completely different. The rooms are small but clean, and everything you need is in the room. A big plus was that the windows overlook the courtyard, away from the main street, so you couldn't hear the street at all. Before New Year's, the hotel provided a nice complimentary gift in the room: juices, chips, nuts, cookies, and coffee and tea. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! The deposit is 500 baht. The hotel is close to the metro, a huge shopping mall, and a beautiful temple.

A very cozy, clean hotel with welcoming staff and excellent breakfasts.

Pros:
- Ideal location: quiet street, yet close to the park, night market, and other attractions.
- Cleanliness and amenities: the room is clean and has everything you need (hairdryer, water heater). Hot water is readily available.
- Very polite and friendly. Requests are promptly responded to.
- Amazing breakfasts! Large selection: eggs, soups, vegetables, rice, yogurt, waffles, fruit. Delicious coffee.

Cons:
There were some minor issues upon check-in (hairdryer and light bulb), but they were fixed immediately. So, this isn't even a negative.

A very good 3-star hotel. The furniture isn't new, but it has everything you need: faucets, a hairdryer, a large TV, and a balcony. The bed is comfortable. It's a great value for money. The attentive staff and the breakfast buffet are especially noteworthy—it's the first time I've seen food and snacks in the room provided free of charge. The location is also very convenient, with the city center within walking distance. My only criticism is that the furniture isn't new, but it's certainly worthy of a 3-star hotel. It's certainly not luxurious.

I liked the hotel, there is a good breakfast, not many options but some really interesting ones like popcorn and yogurt. The rooms are ok not in great shape but it is clean and the price is great.

Our 2nd stay here & I've already booked again. Have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Thailand & this is in the top 3.
Not a big place, and not huge rooms, but great staff, perfectly clean & comfortable, short walk to Sam Yan MRT, delicious buffet breakfast, fair price. But that's not why I score it 10 - it all the little things they do that that make the difference - free real coffee & biscuits in the foyer, etc. etc - stay there & find out for yourself.

Rare find and worth the value. Staffs are nice and attentive, which was so refreshing to see from a small business. I was surprised with the breakfast window (7 - 11 am?) and its variety. You can find standard American breakfast to delicious thai food like pad thai and green curry. They have a smart coffee machine & mini pancakes section also. The only downsides i found were none-sound proofing wall so if you're a light sleeper, not recommended. However it's typical for a small hotel. For what i observed, it gets busy in early morning as stayers tend to stay for a night or two, so everyone gets going to leave and that can get noisy. Locations wise it locates in a deep alleyway if you come from skytrain BTS Saladeng, so not recommended if you have heavy luggages. Oh and the wifi wasn't working.
