Overall, it's decent. Livable. They clean every day. It seems to be in the city center. The receptionists are nice; they even managed to check me in a bit early.

I’ve been staying at I Check Inn Gems Hotel for a long time, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is extremely comfortable, clean, and well-managed truly the perfect place for both long stays and short visits.

A very special thank you to the receptionists Mai, Dream, and Spices. They are incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and always ready to help with anything I need. Their friendliness and genuine care make the hotel feel like home. The entire team creates a very welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere, and I appreciate their service every day.

If you want a hotel with great rooms, excellent service, and staff who treat you with respect and kindness, I Check Inn Gems Hotel is the best choice. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a true hotspot. Everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel staff, Dream, Spice, and Mai, are very customer-friendly and service-oriented. The lobby offers free laundry service, pool tables, a PlayStation, and free coffee and tea. The staff always take time for answering your questions. It's also cowsy out there, with nice people (revisitors) in the hotel. I definitely go back.

one of the best Lebanese foods. in nadimos Lebanese restaurant.

The staff deserve special appreciation. They are respectful, friendly, and very helpful. A big thanks to Spice and Dream — don’t be confused by their names (they sound like “hot” and “heaven”), and another person name is MAI. and house keeping staff and security staff MR. NOI- but both are truly among the best hotel staff in Bangkok. They even assisted me with laundry and made my stay very comfortable.
The rooms are cozy, and the hotel offers easy access to public transport, making travel to both DMK and BKK airports convenient.
Overall, I highly recommend ICheck Inn Gems Centre Silom for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an amazing view in the heart of Bangkok.

The rooms were not looking clean, specially bathrooms… there was humidity on the walls of bathroom and the door was also kind of black at the bottom part because of the humidity.
Reception staff was nice, location is good.
