Reminiscing to be back in this part of bkk. Room are value for money in this area. Budget is the key. Hotel front are well lit at night despite being in the Soi. Room is no nonsense, suitable for those out the whole day only back for sleep. Clean room for sure. Welcomed by the young, kind front desk who is fluent in English. Not forgetting the young boy at night who also fluent in English. Despite having the noisy air con, the service from the staff and location of this hotel makes up to that.. As mentioned by others, there’s a refundable 500baht deposit.

DO NOT BOOK Room 614 at all costs.
The room has a serious leak, and I paid USD 160 for a very poor-quality stay. The sound insulation is terrible, making it difficult to rest. You can easily find much better rooms elsewhere for the same price.

Reviews on other platforms are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition. This place is also not solo-traveler friendly, as the lodge is located in an alley.

I should have requested a refund—my belongings got wet due to the leak. The room was not clean, and staying here in this condition could make you sick. I strongly do not recommend this room.

“Very Convenient”
Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a 500Baht security deposit which you can get back after check out. Building is a bit old but is what you can expect from a budget hotel. They have simple breakfast that you can take advantage. Comfort room has a bit of an unpleasant smell - may be because of it being old. But all in all, my stay was good and I would go back still. LOCATION IS SUPERB, 50m away from pratunam market. near rachaprarop ARL, and ratchachewi BTS. and honestly, the staff is what truly sets this place aside, she's very welcoming, very friendly and approachable. Kudos to this budget hotel!

The room was clean and the toiletries were complete minus tootepaste n brush. Receptionist girl was very pretty and friendly. However, the hotel's location was a bit difficult to find. The reference point on the map is the Yok Zod noodle shop, enter the alley beside, or next to PratuNam 19 hotel. however hotel location is strategic, walk out the door and directly to Pratunam Morning Market.

Many hotel have no room already due to songkran, so I finally find this one which is very close to Phaya Thai BTS station exit 4 and have Let’s Relax and 7-eleven nearby. However the hotel is quite old and the sound isolation is quite bad too. I can hear other guest talking from the next room of us and also the corridor. But the worst disappointment was there have bugs in room! I have killed so many on the bed and feeling itchy seen I founded out have bugs around. Luckily we only have to stay two nights, otherwise I don’t think I can handle it anymore.☹️

The location is excellent very convenient to commute in downtown as well as to and from the airport. The services are really nice. The bell boy is very helpful and willing to carry the bags. The receptionist is really nice. I made wrong payment for the extra bed however, when I claimed it they accepted and refunded it with minimal explanation. The cleaning service is really good.
I really love the hotel.

It's a good hotel just for staying one night. It's 20 minutes Close to the main areas.
