The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Bangkok.
Rooms are not clean,no staffs at reception.
Location is under the traffic bridge and can’t sleep well at nights.
Never recommend someone to this hotel.
The worst part is they charged like 5 stars hotel rates but they offer zero service.

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Siam Discovery and the Ratchathewi BTS station, making it easy to get around the city. The room is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities, providing a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is maintained at a good standard, which I really appreciated.

However, I would recommend having staff available at the lobby to help assist guests at the front desk, as this would improve the overall service experience.

On major thoroughfare, so noisy traffic may hinder sleep.
Spacious room, helpful staff.
Tricky to enter premises; must tell staff 1 day in advance of arrival time. No elevator.
Overall, good value for money.

Very convenient location in Bangkok, near a mall that's walkable.
The room was very spacious to leave bags / luggage anywhere. Room amenities are basic but functional if you're not picky. Check-in was seamless and the staff were very helpful and friendly :)
