Nice place to stay in Bangkok.

The people working there were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was small, but sufficient. It was mostly clean, but not perfect. Also, you were able to hear noise from other rooms and the staircase.

This guesthouse is something special. Its old but very well maintained and very clean. The bed in my room is so far the most comfortable I have slept in my Asia trip so far. I have a bad back and still slept like a child without any pain when I woke up! The cabinet was also large enough for even longer stay. The owner and staff is also very welcoming, attentive and helpful. They help you with any information and sightseeing. I even got a instruction on email for the taxi driver to drive me the cheapest way from the airport to the guesthouse. Sukhumvit street is a busy street. But Soi 28 is a very quiet and safe street with some old buildings and some new, and a brand new high end high rise office/condo as the nearest neighbor across the street. Its also close to many nice restaurants and the nearest Sky Train station is only about 5-7 minutes slow walk away. I will certainly stay here when I return to Bangkok. You simply don't get a better bed, management or staff even in a 5 star hotel!

Beautiful accommodation, rooms are very comfortable. Em is a very good host, she helped us by writing notes in thai for the journey.

Cozy, not many amenities and the rooms are small. But the pluses are its price and the pleasant staff.

Good location not far from Skytrain. Places to eat, 7-11, used book store, massages nearby. Good shower . TV has HBO. Nice pillows.

Slept great. Clean rooms. Only thing is no iron for your clothes at all and hair dryer have to get down stairs. Location really close to BTS and mall. Book directly online if don't want to pay cash. I booked Agoda thinking I was using my credit card cause I needed a receipt for work. They gave me a hand written receipt. The Filipinas are super nice and speak English. Would stay again .

Minimalist design. Great interior. Nice Comfy. This property has no elevator so if you're assigned a room on the 4th floor stay fit. It'll come in handy. We saw a certain big room with many pillows and carpeted floor. Upon arrival it was Not that room. "Other than that" the staffs were great. Location bia pretty good too. Nice and quiet. Will go again if for certain we can find that room in the picture.
