This hotel was great. Of course room and bathroom are small. However it has everything you need on a budget if your intention is to explore the city.
Location is great, close to most places but still in a quiet neighbourhood.
Terrace is nice 👌 also has a quiet rooftop which is lovely during the night
Staff are very friendly and helpful

This is a boutiqe hostel, which I wasn't aware of. It is absolutely amazing! Rooms are really tiny and bathroom but you don't need more if you are to explore the city. Location is central, just a few minutes away from Koa San Road but yet in a peaceful neighbourhood. Shared terrace overlooking the canal gives special vibes of Serenity in the morning. Lovely people to meet for small talks on the same terrace. Hosts are great and accommodating.
I am coming back here next time.

Generally everything is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in was small for 2 people but it was okay for a 3-4 day stay. Thank you for everything KS House :)

There isn't much public transport around and it can be difficult to get back to during the busier hours. But the rooms were okay, they didn't have kettles but they had a communal one in the dining room. Our room had a tree branch poking through the wall and maybe birds in the roof. But for the prices and being close to koh chang buses. It is amazing!

Stayed there for a week and it was absolutely great.
Very clean house, very polite and helpful staff.
Stayed in a room with a doublebed. The room was absolutely comfortable, even though small.
Rooftop terrace and breakfast room were also relaxing spots to start and end the day.
If you're looking for an inexpensive, yet clean, comfy and quiet hostel in Khao San, you should go here.

Awful experience, the room was 30 degrees. The fan was unsufficient. There were no ac rooms. Do not book fan rooms!!

Ideal for backpackers, pretty clean rooms, good location in Banglumpu near to many decent local restaurants and BBQ street food. Close enough to KSR to be central, but far enough away if you don't want the noise and chaos. Staff are always friendly, even when they don't speak English! If you don't expect the Ritz then you'll enjoy it here.

Room with Air Condition was for 590 baths. Room was small and bathroom even smaller = not so comfortable, but for backpackers it's sufficient. All you need is there. Free wifi is also available. Owners don't speak English very well. Advantage is the guesthouse is near to Khaosan Rd.

Young staff can speak english but others not. bathroom is small. Airconditioner is weak. We reserve fan room but it is too hot, so we change fan room to aircon- room for 100 bat more.

This is only a review for the cafe downstairs. In a v peaceful and people-watching mood today, so came by to Baan Bovorn Cafe to watch the sunset over some Thai iced tea (50Baht/ ₹122)

Always love how the kitsch & culture & colours come together in these roadside cafés 😍

The owner isn't very welcoming and the dorms are very small- difficult to manage with luggage around. Spotted cockroaches at the counter!!

Stayed in a four person bedroom with bunk beds. Pretty small and narrow room. Almost like a college dorm feel which I didn't mind. Each floor had two shared bathroom stall and two shower stall. Pretty clean and good plumbing. Didn't try their free provided breakfast. Concierge spoke English well and we're very welcoming!
