It is more romantic and luxurious and beautiful than seeing in the pictures introduced in hotel guide.
We felt that we were in Thailand staying in Shanglia hotel since the hotel is very traditional stile.
Especially the pool is very beautiful feeling we were in forest, not in big city.
Anyway, if I visit Bangkok one more, I will make reservation for Shanglia Bangkok. I am fully satisfied with its accommodation.
I want to transfer my appreciation to the manager accepting early check in.
As is typical of 5-star hotels in Bangkok, the service here is, needless to say, superb. The staff are genuinely kind and consistently strive to be helpful.
The breakfast buffet is truly excellent; it features everything you could possibly want, and the flavour is magnificent. The croissant, in particular, was the most delicious I have ever tasted anywhere.
The hotel's internal space is vast, almost expansive, and the interior design is also very impressive. The transport links are good, and a water shuttle service runs frequently to ICONSIAM shopping mall, making travel there very convenient.
It is a truly superior hotel, and should I visit Bangkok again, I would certainly choose to stay here.
