Great value for money, and there are many restaurants near Khao San Road.

They don't have any lifts but I stayed at level 4, very difficult to use the stairs as there are lower beams on headside

Booked for my cousin who was travelling alone. I stayed here in feb last year and highly rated the location hence my recommendation to him. He enjoyed his stay and had no complaints other than the slightly dated washroom. There is no elevator so be prepared to carey your own hevay bags up several flights of stairs if you are on higher floors.

A decent hotel located close to Khao San Road, making it convenient for nightlife, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming during the stay.

Overall, it’s a good option if you want to stay near the lively area while having a comfortable place to rest.

The location is really convenient. You can walk to the Grand Palace and the National Museum in about 20 minutes. It's also very close to the Chao Phraya Express Boat pier, where you can catch a boat to Asiatique (the Ferris Wheel night market) or ICONSIAM. Plus, there are tons of street food stalls nearby serving authentic Thai dishes.

Great place for its price. No elevator, which wasn’t a probleme for us. You do hear a lot of doors close, acoustic isn’t great. But than again, for its location and price, would recommend

We loved the staff at Wild Orchid Villa, especially Cham, the humorous night attendant, Opor, the lovely day concierge, and Ju, the tour coordinator. Ju saved us first-timers from a tuk tuk scammer and was so helpful in suggesting well-priced alternatives that were good quality and reliable. Opor was so polite and even helped us with our beginner Thai phrases, which we really appreciated.

The building itself is a little old, but that makes sense since it is located in Old Town. For example, the paint was chipping a little on the mirror and the laminate was coming off one of the desks, but for the value of this place, if that does not bother you, it is an absolute score.

The location was phenomenal. It was far enough from Khao San Road that we did not have to worry about noise but close enough to walk there in about five minutes and enjoy the bustle when we wanted to. The air conditioning was perfect, and there was no smell coming from the bathroom, which was a huge plus in Bangkok.

If you do not need all the bells and whistles of a fancy room, this is the perfect spot. Great value, wonderful people, and a truly unbeatable location.

I stayed for 1 night while traveling with a friend and the location of the hotel was very reasonable. In terms of service, we made a reservation 1 month ago but it was not confirmed. And the room we were given was in a bad location next to the stairs. There was no slipper in the room, it was a little uncomfortable.
