This is the first time I have stayed in this place. Excellent location just 5 minutes walking distance from BTS Nana at Sukhumvit Soi 11. The street is full of action with clubs and bars. The front desk staff is very friendly and kind enough.
Rooms are good with basic necessities. Special mention about Wilson who is very helpful and always smiling. He takes good care of the guests. A detailed review will be available soon on my YouTube channel.

This is a very boutique hotel along a very busy and noisy road, with bars, restaurants and nightclubs everywhere, so stay here if you are planning to spend time in the area. The rooms are average size for a solo traveller, and the bathroom is a bit small. The decor is not for everyone; if you like contemporary style, metals and glass, this is not for you. A tip, on Grab or Bolt, put Mercure hotel as your pickup location. If you put this hotel, the driver might go 20 meters down the road, and it's very hard to turn back.

I have stayed at this Hotel 4 or 5 times over the last 4 years. The location, Staff and amenities are all good. Although the cleaners are good and helpful the property is starting to look run down with little or no money being spent since I first stayed at this property appart from continuing to upgrade staff uniforms.

Good location. Hotel a bit old. Walls quite thin. Not suited for those sensitive to noise.

I went with 8 family members, 4 rooms. The checkin is very superb, quick, no hassle at all. We got rooms on 8-9th floor as our request on high floors, because we are afraid of noise. The location is right in the middle of super crowded area where there are lot of clubs. On saturday night, the street was very jammed, and very noisy from the clubs. Sukhumvit 11 is a very crowded street with many hotels. Right in front is Mercure hotel. The hotel is clean, spacious enough, there's bathtub, hairdryer, even microwave. For the price, it's very worthed. Near hotel you can find a 7-11. No swimming pool. I didnot order bfast because i want to try local food.

Location is excellent. The room is extremely clean.
Only small gripe is the sound proofing. The door is thin so any movement or sounds is heard clearly. The partying downstairs go on still late in the morning. Not for light sleepers. But the hotel does provides ear plugs to deal with that. Overall excellent stay.
