Good location to the concert venue but maybe a bit far from the city area? You need to pay a deposit of THB 1000 by cash as check in, and you get it back upon check out. Clean and spacious room and nice people.

Overall it's a good hotel for the price. just make sure you pick rooms that are closer to the elevators because it's peaceful and quiet at night. Some rooms are closer to the main road, so you would have trouble sleeping at night due to loud noise coming from the streets. this hotel is designed in such a way that it's elongated from the main road and it's stretches 500m back into the alley. but the rooms are nice and clean though. this hotel is often fully booked because of the tour buses tourists staying here.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL
All the staff is rude, unpolite, unproffesional, receptionist will not even try to speak english to me, i am the room holder i mean i am the one who book the hotel its under my name and im the one who paid for it i stay with my girl friend shes thai. Im trying to ask some inquiries they dont smile at all when werr trying to check in, when i try to talk and ask questions about amenities they act like they dont speak english even basic i find it rude why coz what if i dont have my local friend with me. They dont smile like they working that they dont want to work. We check in but theres no toiletries at all no slippers. And imagine water only once water a day. They are all rude and unwelcoming the house keeping is so loud, first day they are cleaning the other room but we can hear there voice they are so loud. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ALL OF THE TOURIST THAT U BETTER BOOK TO AIRBNB COZ ITS WAY BETTER THAN STAYING ON THESE PROPERTY. I STAY ON THIS HOTEL AT FRST DAY I WANT TO MOVE TO OTHER PROPERTY BUT I CANT CANCEL COZ I BOOKED 4 DAYS AND I PAID ALREADY, AND AFTER USE THE FOUR DAYS WE BOOK AROOM IN AIRBNB AND ITS WAY MORE BETTER THAN THE SERVICE ON THESES HOTEL. MANDARIN HOTEL IS VERY POOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND UNWELCOMING TO THE FOREIGNERS
