Rooms are spacious and staff are great. However there were some dirt in the headboard i think from the wood which was then transferred to the pillows. Maybe improve checking rooms before the next arrival.

One of the best Hotel to stay at Bangkok, the room is so spacious and the breakfast is not really bad. The hotel is quietly close with 7-eleven which is great so we can get anything 24/7 whenever we need something. The staff also very polite and helpful

i had a wonderful stay! The receptionists were so helpful and welcoming. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. This has become my favorite place to stay, and I’ll be back every chance I get.

There was a mistake with the booking date, and I called to request a cancellation within less than 5 minutes after making the reservation. However, the hotel did not offer any assistance, flexibility, or alternative solutions such as changing the dates.

The level of responsibility and consideration toward guests was extremely low. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor impression, and I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

Good location to the concert venue but maybe a bit far from the city area? You need to pay a deposit of THB 1000 by cash as check in, and you get it back upon check out. Clean and spacious room and nice people.
