I stayed here for two days and had an amazing experience. The location was excellent, with many attractions quite nearby. The staff were friendly and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience.

Refused to cut a deal when I got declined entrance to rhe country by the thai immigration. Just took 300€ for a month and that's that. Super nasty mentality.

The room is nice. That's about it. The staff is never there, they don't talk English, they're rude. And their whole Russian family is there all the time with kids screaming and yelling. You can't even eat breakfast in peace. Good luck with the noise.

Rooms are very clean and comfortabe. I felt like I am at my home, staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also travellers like us and they work as volunteers here, so don’t expect royal treatment. Owner of this place is a Russian lady, she helped me a lot when I lost my debit card. A simple breakfast and nice coffee maker can keep you energetic for few hours ;)
Moreover it’s located at one of the main centres. BigC mall is just beside this hotel.

place was good, there is free coffee tea biscuits and bread. room space is ok, clean bathroom and there is bath soap provided. 2 bottled water. bed was clean and comfy. they provided me with an electric kettle for my coffee since my room was in the 3rd floor. there is also fridge in the room.
