Location is super good, walking distance to pratunam market. Just right opposite Phenix and Platinum fashion mall. Room is decent with good reception service. Will support again! 🙏🏻

Great location, within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, and very convenient for food with many 24-hour eateries. The front desk has three shifts of staff: two male and one female. Mr. OO, one of the male staff, and the female staff offer excellent service and are very willing to help guests. However, the other male staff member has a terrible attitude and is completely unhelpful. It was a dreadful experience.

Huge plus: it's close to all the shopping malls and good currency exchange spots, the fruit market, and various night and day markets, as well as places to eat. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, and fridge, but the safe is broken. The water is warm, but not hot. The room was never cleaned, but the staff were friendly. But, seriously, the outside approach is frankly terrifying... There's a garbage dump, we hadn't expected the entrance to be like that... It stinks, and the alley is awful. In the mornings, some staff even hold their 'five-minute meetings' right under the window, which is noisy. If you're here to shop, this is definitely the place.

This hotel has the perfect location with lots of f& b outlet and street footstall. And it's only 10 minutes walk to the ratchapratop station heading to the airport. Not forgetting all the huge shopping centres close by.
