The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure was excellent. The bathroom was also very clean, and basic toiletries were provided. I loved the addition of the mini couch, it was a cool touch! The lobby is stunning and feels more like a museum than a hotel entrance. It’s also a very convenient location, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and a bus stop nearby for those who prefer public transport. I would book again when I get a chance to go back to Thailand.

Good and calm hotel near Khaosan road. Offers good value for the price. After early train we got a early check in at 7am for only 300baht. Also they took care of our luggage after checking out for free. The service was great and rooms good. Only negative thing was the shower that only gave cold and too hot water.

The room itself was actually quite nice, although there was a strange smell that got worse with time. There was also no hot water at all for the entire time that I stayed there.
After seeing so many bad reviews over them charging people for stains that they hadn’t made themselves, I made sure to inform the staff of anything I found in the room upon checking in just in case.
The housekeeper was lovely, and while I appreciate the staff at reception allowing me to check in a little early free of charge when I didn’t ask them to, they were really unwelcoming and their attitudes felt quite hostile. I understand that different cultures communicate differently, but for what they call the land of smiles, they act as though they really don’t want to be there and they would rather you weren’t there too

The location is not very good, but it's close to the tourist night life 1 km away.
The room is small with the bed using up half the room.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed 15 days in Bangkok during my 25-day trip to Thailand. The price was affordable. You can reach anywhere using Grab or Bolt taxi apps. Khao San Road is within walking distance. The hotel is very safe and quiet.
