Loved it, very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is very good, located 5-10 minutes walk from Pratunam Market and in the sub main street so car, Grab, or tuktuk can pick up or take us to the front of the hotel. Room is clean and the air circulation and light is good, there are elevators, and room is well equipped with standard facilities like toiletries, refrigerator, hairdryer, and TV. Convenience store (Seven Eleven) and Thai massage are nearby. Definitely will stay here when I visit Bangkok again. Thanks.

THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IS NOT GOOD THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL AND SMELLS BAD LIKE OLD BUILDING AND THEY DONT RESPECT PRIVACY EVEN IF YOU PUT DO NOT DISTURB NOTICE THEY WILL BARGE IN AND THERE WAS A TIME THAT THERES A CHEESE IN THE LINEN AS WE HAVE TODDLER THEY GIVE US LETTER AND ASKING US TO PAY BIG AMOUNT JUST TO WASH IT BUT AS WE WASHED IT ITS VERY EASY TO CLEAN..
INSTEAD OF BEING IN A HOLIDAY VACATION WE DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE TO MOVE INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND MANY TIMES WE WASHED OUR BED LINENS AS THEY ADVISE

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel due to serious noise issues.

During my stay, the soundproofing of the room was extremely poor. Noise from the hallway, other guests, and surrounding rooms could be heard clearly throughout the day and night, making it almost impossible for me to sleep properly for 24 hours. This seriously affected my rest and overall well-being.

Providing a quiet and comfortable environment is a basic standard for any hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations and left me very disappointed.

I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and provide a reasonable explanation and appropriate compensation. I also suggest that improvements be made to prevent similar issues in the future.

The room is quite small and a bit old. There's no parking available, and the alley is narrow and busy, making it difficult to get in and out.

Best hotels I've stayed. Myself and my husband stayed in the hotel from the 25th of September. We had the best service. Starting from the Receptionist to the housekeeping. Everyone was so helpful and gave us the best service. Good location for shopping! I will definitely come back to the same hotel when I visit Bangkok again!
