Bangkok City Suite in Bangkok

Room was clean and nice. Hotel area is in the middle of all tourist spots. But there's not much in the area around the hotel. Small 7//11 is 5 mins walk. 1 kid below 12 yrs old is free. Although bed was small me and my 9 yr old slept well.Overall great place to stay. Will book again.

A good hotel with good service. Easy location for grab pickups and definitely a good spot fot a trip

The hotel has a decent location and is convenient for getting around the city. The room was acceptable and suitable for a short stay. However, the toilet drainage was clogged, which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. Overall, it is a suitable option for a quick overnight stay.

We stayed in The Deluxe Twin Room, it was clean, and the beds comfortable.

The value for money is truly unbeatable!

Service: The Chinese-speaking front desk lady even helped me exchange small change for free when I asked! There's also free coffee (evenings only) and pineapple water.

Facilities: We were out exploring all day, so we didn't really need a TV or anything, but the air conditioning was sufficient and not a flimsy unit – it was really good.

Environment: If you're concerned about noise, you can tell the front desk during check-in that you don't want a room facing the street or near the elevator, and they'll arrange it for you free of charge.

Cleanliness: Sufficient!

Don't forget there's a 100 Baht deposit. The only real downside is that it's a bit far from the BTS and MRT – it's a genuine 2km walk. However, getting a taxi or motorbike is very convenient. I recommend staying here and then taking a taxi or motorbike to Wang Lang Market (it usually closes around 5 PM). Plan your time well, and you can take a boat directly from the market to ICONSIAM. In the evening, catch the last boat for a night tour directly to Khao San Road and other spots!!! It was so much fun. Good: I booked a Double Deluxe room, which is quite spacious. The sheets were crisp and clean, though the mattress felt very firm. There is complimentary ground coffee available for a few hours in the morning at the entrance. If you miss that window, the room is stocked with two bottles of water, along with two small sachets of coffee, sugar, and milk.

Bad: The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station—about 20–30 minutes on foot from National Stadium or Ratchathewi BTS. My room key failed a few times during my five-night stay, requiring trips to reception for reprogramming. One of the sets of towel had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an unwashed gym bag. The property is somewhat old; the shower head and tap had calcium deposits, and the bathtub appeared greasy and dirty. Additionally, early check-in (before 12:00 PM) and late check-out (after 12:30 PM) each cost 300 Baht.

Best: The customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early at 6:00 AM with a small 300 Baht charge and even arranged a room change after two days when my idea of a city view differed from theirs. ☺️
Rang up the property after I checked out to confirm if left a belonging in the room and they were extremely helpful.
