MeStyle Garage Hotel in Bangkok

During my recent one-month trip across Thailand, I stayed in more than 15 hotels in different cities. Unfortunately, this hotel was by far the worst among all my stays.
First, the room was completely not soundproof at all. I could hear every sound from the neighboring room, making it impossible to sleep—even while wearing earplugs. Coincidentally, the guest next door, a male guest from the Sichuan–Chongqing region of China, was making loud phone calls and spitting repeatedly until around 4:00 a.m., then woke up again at 9:00 a.m. and continued the same behavior. As a result, I did not sleep at all throughout the night. This level of noise insulation is unacceptable for a hotel.
More importantly, I would like to file a serious complaint against a male front desk staff member who does not wear glasses and speaks a little Chinese.
This staff member showed no service attitude at all—no basic politeness, no smile, and no sense of professionalism. During my travels in Thailand, it is very common for me to store my luggage at the hotel where I stayed the night before if I cannot travel without my luggage. If the hotel staff told me that you cannot storage the luggage for me, I will also storage it at the airport. When I stored my luggage at your hotel, I was never informed that luggage storage beyond one day was not allowed.
However, when I returned four days later to collect my luggage, this staff member muttered something in Thai, very loudly, which sounded like complaining or cursing, and then completely avoided eye contact, refusing to look at me again.
I would like to clearly state the following points:
If your hotel does not allow luggage storage for more than one day, this rule must be clearly explained at the time of storage. Guests are not mind readers. Keep the rules clear not just complaining.
When dissatisfied with a guest, switching to your native language to complain or curse—assuming the guest cannot understand—is extremely unprofessional and rude. If there is an issue, staff should communicate clearly in a language the guest understands. This is the most basic requirement of service work.
I hope you will improve your service and make every rules in your hotel clear.

I really did not like this hôtel !! Not confortable and the room so small and not very clean ! The personnal is ok and not their fault !
I Will not come back in this hôtel !

Poor location , the Main Street was flooded up to knee height during the raining time. The hotel could not even arrange a pick up service with its Tuktuk for a customer only 100 Meters away to help get into the entrance.
Front desk staff didn’t mention about if there is a loss of the keycard would be charged for 300thb which is not making sense. no one would like to take a keycard home with purpose. They are trying to force and scam with a bad attitude, the front desk manager Max and his team member Big, was not explaining in any polite attitude. Terrible. Impatient, rude words people.
The bathroom floor is slippery, and there is a dead cockroach in the room floor. The toilet is also with stain.
