Great value for money compared to other hotels nearby. The bathroom is small but clean, totally fine for a quick shower. The bed is comfy. The reception The AC wasn’t very cool when I stayed (might need cleaning). If you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs since the doors are quite thin. The owner and reception staff are very helpful. Overall, still worth the price

Cheated my one night booking, unable to modify booking once booked during the stay. Originally booked 2night but after spending one night in khaosan road, I feel it time to explore other places. So I decide to cancel another night stay. I modify the booking twice but was keep rejected by the hotel. Although their system with trip.com sucks, the place is near khaosan road which is popular with tourists.They have Netflix on their TV.

It was clean, so it wasn't bad considering the price, but...
The shower and toilet were all in one unit with no partition, which I don't really like, and I was disappointed that the air conditioning didn't work at all.

The location is very good, extremely close to Khao San Road but far away enough to not hear anything! That's probably thanks to the fact that there are no windows. One moment there were drunk guests in the corridor which we could hear very well but during the night I did not hear anything. I would suggest to just in case have eardrops ready though:)

I come to stay for one night and I said I will pay at property, on booking.com it said £22 (1000 baht) when I arrived they said it was 2200 baht including 500 deposit for key. I questioned it and asked them why is the price different? They said maybe commission or something which made no sense. Be careful people and check price, I nearly paid double for no reason.

Apart from the windowless room, the hotel is quite good value for money, 1 minute walk from Khaosan
