The room was disgusting. Everything was dirty and scary. The bathroom was very old and the water did not go away. It looks like a hotel from the 50's that never been cleaned. The only good thing I could say about the hotel is that there is a parking

I'm a grown man and I was scared to live there.
Completely different from the photo. Scary walls, holes in the wood, bad light from the lamp and no windows. And two huge and fast cockroaches. I killed them with great difficulty, but I was scared to go into the bathroom. It's small and scary.
About the price. Yes, I wanted to save money. But not that much. For the same price, I've stayed in much better quality places. And this place was scary to sleep in! I paid for two nights and was ready to forget about my money and started looking at other hotels to move to.

We had a the best night ever!!!!. The hotel is good and has all important amenities. The breakfast was always good for Us. The team has good hospitality. Thanks for nice service and best for group or solo travelers.

Really dodgy experience.
Do not recommend to anyone. Even on a budget.
Payed 800 baht for a night, could of gotten an equal quality hotel for 250 or a real hotel for 800.

We arrived at saturday night. The reception was nice. Going up the room, the elevator was an old version from 1980's. When we enter the room, looks clean but Closet floor has cracks and broken. Edges dusty.. Bathroom looks decent at first look but during shower, the bathroom was so dirty. The sink, the bathroom door, the shower were dirty. Fridge door was also dirty. Has hair strands on the floor. bath towel feels dusty. The ratan couch was old and dusty. Felt so gross and lucky we only booked 2 nights.
Location was good. Hospital nearby. Few minutes walk to train station.
The next day we went for a whole day tour, went back to our room expected that it was "atleast" cleaned but NO. The room was the same just like how we left that morning. And the bathroom was still wet from morning shower even if we were out for whole day.
If you're on a budget and not picky, yeah sure.
But health wise, ITS A NO and we are not going back to that hotel ever.

Some parts of the room were not clean. Bed was comfortable and shelves were useful. Many international canals on TV. It was hard to set water temperature, as it was randomly fluctuating. Balcony door was not well isolated and insects were entering the room (somehow stopped them by spraying mosquito repellent around the door).

Near nightlife and close to the morning market close, but the facilities compared to the expensive.

Cheap taste just fine to 100 Baht more and the other hotels have.
In the Room Smoking allowed., no ashtrays.

Double price for ferangs. Other hotels charge 600 bhat and other guests at New York Suites were charged 600 bhat. On my second day, I went to talk to the front desk. I said "other guests pay 600, I pay 1200. Other hotels charge 400, 500, 600. Can you give me a better rate?" Front desk replied "where are you from?"
Racists.
When I told her I would find another hotel if I was not charged the same rate as other guests, she wanted to check me out.
Added bonus, this place is next door to two brothels, so expect there to be a lot of prostitutes in the lobby when it gets dark.

When I arrived I was given the keys to my room and was told I could change rooms the next night. I thought this was a very strange thing to say... When I entered my room it was absolutely disgusting, it had not been cleaned property and the the last guest's used soup was still in the shower! I went to leave but was asked to look at another room, this room seemed to be cleaned except for the water on the bathroom floor.
This hotel didn't have any bottled water so I went to buy some at 7 eleven, on my way out and on return to the hotel I noticed there were a lot of men bringing girls back. That was when I realised this hotel mainly catered to clientele seeking the company of working girls.
I immediately collected my belongings and made my way out of the hotel.
Do not go to this hotel unless you like dirty places and prostitutes!
