The location is superb, right next to Anura Market, and there's a small convenience store and a large supermarket nearby… making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The facilities are a bit old, but it is very considerate to provide fruits and snacks every day

The service at the Poetry Apartment Hotel is excellent, the rooms are large and quiet, with kitchenware and washing machines and dryers, and laundry balls are provided, etc. Breakfast is at the Anantara Resort Hotel across the road, and the food is very rich.

The breakfast is good, but the price/performance ratio is too poor. The suite hotel is located on the roadside, noisy, and the facilities are only worth 1/3 of the price. Avoid

To be honest, it's rare that I don't give a good review. In a few aspects, the room facilities are a bit old, the hair dryer is old, the suite has only one bathroom, and there is not even a sink and hand towel, which is quite rare. The quality and attitude of the staff are uneven, generally good, but the attitude of some service staff is obviously problematic. Low cost performance, I won't go there...

quiet, nice spacious room, I liked that the room I stayed has lots of light during the day. separate space for sleep and living, kitchen area. i thought of extending my stay, overall it was pleasant. definitely would recommend, nearby cafe and eateries out there too. delivery also comes very quick.

Bit out of the old city, you will want to have your own transport

Aged building. Generally clean. Basic given such as towel, shampoo, filtered water and microwave at lobby. Pro: near bus station, good local eateries and self service laundromat (5min walk) Good value for money. Third person pay 200baht per day for a mattress to place on the floor .

This is a lot of apartment for little money. It's a little dated but very roomy. Alas, the tv in the main lounge didn't work, but matters not as it was all Thai channels anyway, Lol. I could hear sound, but no picture.The place could do with a lick of paint tbh. The couch was sunken on one side The bed was okay, and so was the bedding. There was supposed to be a breakfast. But some white bread and a toaster with some jam is not in my mind a breakfast.

The room is quite old and needs to be renovated. The floor tiles can be walked on and make a noise like they are falling off. The water heater doesn't work. The water doesn't flow strongly. When booking, they said breakfast was included, but in reality, there was only coffee and bread.

Keep your valuables safe, check the door, and lock it properly. But the service is good. 😓😜😓😓

The staff were very kind, and the location was quite close to many things in the city! I enjoyed the view from my window, and I liked that a pool was included (though, I didn't get a chance to try it). The surrounding area is not one that I would advise exploring at night as a single female, but it was great during the day time! Great hotel! It's very new and the hygiene is excellent, the rooms are also very clean. The price is reasonable. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way and not very convenient. However, it's very close to JJ Market, which is a big plus.

This hotel has great facilities, the rooms are spacious and new. Just a small detail, they actually installed two Gree air conditioners, which shows they didn't skimp on expenses. Towels are old, bad smell from the air conditioner, floor is not clean. Receptionists are cheerful but forgot my phone request and I need to call them again.

A bit far from the city (around 6–7 km), but considering the price, cleanliness, and facilities, it offers great value for money!

Had a great 5 day stay at Nanta Glam. service was brilliant rooms were very clean very relaxing stay in a good location. The coffee and pastries were good too, especially loved the Mocha. Everyone really went above and beyond to provide a great service.

Nice hotel, wonderful service. Level of comfort is comparable to luxury hotel. Just that I think they came into my room to switch off the ac when I not around, despite me putting the DND signage.

Business unit in University, good location at famous street in Chaing Mai

The conference hall facilities are very good. However, the chairs are of poor quality and are not suitable for sitting for a day long event. For coffee lovers visiting this place, avoid the in house coffee and explore the coffee place outside the building.

This "hostel" cater to mostly students local and international. Usually free rooms are available only in july during end of school terms. The price is high but the location is suitable for students. Also a good place for people who want to visit the garden every morning, a short walk to the main NIMMAN street for food and shopping. quiet except if you stay near other noisy students. The location is excellent, and it seems to be popular with Thai guests. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, it offers great value for money. There's a simple breakfast, though not a huge variety. There's a 500 baht deposit, which is refunded after check-out inspection.

Comfortable stay overall. They offer free breakfast daily and two free drinks upon request. The only downside is their shower spray and the fluctuating heat which makes showering a bit of a hassle.

The staff is very helpful sent my luggage to the room before I picked up the room key. The bed is a bit hard to me. The temperature of shower water is sometimes cold and sometimes lube warm.

We had a lovely stay here - the room was incredibly comfortable and the host gave so many good recommendations for things to do in Chiang Mai and places to eat. The location was great too but the guesthouse is set back from the main road so it was never noisy.
