The hotel has an excellent location. It looks very posh from the outside. The rooms inside are quite simple but clean. They feature balconies. The air conditioning works well. The bed is firm, but within reasonable limits. The staff is friendly. A gecko in the room was quite strange for such a pretentious hotel.

Close to Nimman, this hotel offers decent value for money and is clean and tidy. However, parking is a real headache if you're staying in the Old City. My advice? Rent a scooter. Once you've parked your car for the night, don't even think about moving it.

We had stayed here on our previous trip. The hotel is old with antique furniture, but it has all the basic amenities. very old room. the lighting in the room is very dim for some room as room change was requested. bed is sunken and maybe alot of changes needed for the place but in compare to the price vs quality and location. the toilet have some upgrading done.that the best part. power socket need to be replace as there is some open electrical socket switches.

Hard to describe, definitely avoid this place. You get what you pay for, and this is a perfect example. There were huge cobwebs in the wardrobe and two broken hangers. Whatever you do, don't book the breakfast option; it's absolutely terrible. We were given a room at the very end of the hall, but the male staff members were all very nice.

They didn't arrangement for my transportation frim the hotel to Chiamg Rai Airport. I was in the rush to be there for my next flight to Singapore. I want to say a big thank you to Holiday Garden Resort! I accidentally left my earphones under the pillow after checking out. They’re really small, so I didn’t think I’d ever get them back. Beautiful spaces. I appreciated their attempts to be environmental (no plastic bottles). They don't have laundry by the kilo, only individual shirts being pressed. So that was really annoying for us, our dirty laundry piled up and we had to go through a lot of inconvenience to get cleaned.
