The room was spacious and very quiet. Great blackout curtains too meant a really good night's sleep for me. Housekeeping was efficient and very friendly, and the room was always cleaned even if I returned mid afternoon

First let me say the location is unbeatable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive good service. My friend booked a room for me (under his name) but sent an email informing them I would be the person to check-in

This hotel has activities every morning at 9 a. They offer sessions like yoga, Zumba, or aerobic dance, and you can join anytime. They have very good instructors who will guide you through the classes

A very comfortable old hotel close to the main Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. At check in you had to leave a 2000 baht deposit. Tip- make sure you take care of the receipt as you will need it on leaving

Reception accepted it and even upgraded me to a better room on the 22nd Floor. The room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great and so was the sauna

They also have a restaurant that serves Korean food(buffet ) When you check in, they provide breakfast for the next morning and a welcome drink

The free weight area and the machines are in two separate spaces, and there's even a fantastic ab machine! It's a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts! They also provide free bananas for a quick carb boost

The Chiang Mai Marriott is located outside the Old City, but the location is still quite good. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate and Warorot Market, and about 15 minutes to Chiang Mai Gate

Came to Chiang Mai for New Year's Eve and, by chance, booked this place. The location is excellent, right above the night bazaar, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and massages.

The hotel is right above the Chang Khlan Road night market, which has tons of street food every night. Getting around is super convenient, whether you take a tuk-tuk or a ride-hailing service

The cleaner was a sweetheart! But the reception and the door boys weren’t very helpful - no one helped me with my luggage and was just stood around on their phones

As for the bathroom, the sink design is odd, as it is difficult to turn off (one has to position the tap at a midpoint, which usually drips)

My child absolutely loved it! This hotel is like a giant childcare center. The second floor is a real lifesaver for parents; the kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave

There is a 7eleven across the road, several restaurants and massage places within walking distance. You can arrange trips to attractions at the hotel. Scooter rental across the road

Siam Dragon Cabaret show across the street as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean…fantastic after a day of site seeing. The gym is extremely well equipped

Great location and a fantastic breakfast — perfect for sightseeing in Chiang Mai. Rooms were comfy, and tidy with huge bed. Check-in was a bit slow and needs improvement, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Old hotel that has been refurbishes. Ac is noisy, cold but can not be controlled, cant even switch off. Location is ok. Suite room big, but bathroom... too small wish they refurbish that too

Second time I have stay at Dusit. Hotel is always very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large , ensuite is very nice. Walk across the street to night markets and the night street food

Big C, watsons, night markets and even a Macs just opposite was really nice before early mornign tours. Breakfast had a neat selection of local (khao soi on weekends) and continental

Room is very good, however we stayed at the lower floor, we couldn't see anything outside the windows as it is blocked by the other building. Swimming Pool and Gym are nice as well

The room was quite old, and the curtains were so worn that they could not block out the light properly. At night, light was still coming through, making it difficult to sleep.

There's a supermarket just to the right when you exit, and a fresh market about 150 meters straight ahead to the left, which is great for buying fruit

Safe to walk even it is late in night like 1am. Chiang Mai citizen are generally friendly and helpful. At level 8 of the hotel, where the infinity pool is lies a beauty scenery

Dont believe the google reviews very far from the truth. the location is perfect just a few steps from the Thapae Gate. the McDonalds below the hotel is also the meet up point of most group tours like those of Klook

Room is really basix, dont expect much toiletries and room is quite dark. Breakfast is in the middle of the hotel which makes it very noisy in the morning

Location Location !!!! just a short walk from everything. The room was comfortable enough for three of us, I would like to come back and stay at IMM Hotel again when I’m in Chiangmai.
