The hotel has an excellent location. It looks very posh from the outside. The rooms inside are quite simple but clean. They feature balconies. The air conditioning works well. The bed is firm, but within reasonable limits. The staff is friendly. A gecko in the room was quite strange for such a pretentious hotel.

All is ok except for the breakfast which was sent to our room. We took the 8 O clock part. They mentioned it will be send to our room. When I woke up at 8.15, it's already in our room, but I hear no sound of bell for them to knock on my door. They should at least knock and not do it this way.

This is the worst hotel service I've ever experienced. A family of three stayed for seven days, and only on the sixth day were they informed that they needed to pay an additional fee. The child's bed cost 1000 yuan per day, and the child's meals cost 200 yuan per day. Breakfast was promised to be delivered to the room, but we had to go downstairs to find it each time.
