Best service we've ever received in a hotel. The entire hotel is well-equipped. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of food. Besides being well located!! And another compliment goes to the pool area, where there was a bar that prepared very tasty and beautiful drinks!!

The hotel is at a convenient location. more suitable for single male adult. Room is not very big but is sufficient. The room services are very normal and basic. It is considered quiet although it is in an area that does not sleep early. Don't hear the music and noises.

The service attitude in Pattaya is truly exceptional. This hotel is right by the beach, a bit far from the city center, but the environment is beautiful and quiet. The sea-view cliff-side restaurant next to the hotel is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; the strange noises from the couple next door were quite persistent. 😂

The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady, in particular, was very patient and helped us solve our problems. Even though we didn't speak Thai, she used a translator to assist us with various issues. Definitely a great review, and we'll certainly stay here again next time.

The mattress was great, and the room was spacious! However, the bathroom was a bit too open for my liking.

Location is good in a busy area,the first 4 night in a King size bed room is pretty much better than the last in a twin bed room,one thing I need to mention is the toilet is smell ,may be the ventilation of the room is not in a good condition,.

This hotel is in a lively nightlife area and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The room is good with a soft bed, aircon and hot shower. This is the 2nd time I've stayed there and both times it's been good.

The room was nice, with a balcony. It's located down an alley, so it's quiet and good for sleeping, though it's a bit of a walk to get anywhere. Overall, it's pretty good. I'd recommend it for solo travelers.

An old but large hotel with a pool. Rooms are comfortable, though with some quirks: worn interiors and minor issues. Noisy — one bird sang every morning, impossible to sleep. A bit far to walk everywhere, but perfect if you have a bike, everything’s close by. Decent budget option, but the price is overpriced.

An older hotel, but the rooms are spacious with balconies and bathtubs. The lobby is grand. It's located off the main street, which makes it very quiet, and the higher floors offer great views. It's affordable and suitable for long stays. The service from the staff, especially the older gentlemen, is very polite.

I recently stayed at Thai Garden Resort and really enjoyed my stay. The resort has a beautiful green garden, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and a great swimming pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Wanted to stay here for a while. As it was my birthday I treated myself, and so glad I did. I can only score this hotel 5/5 for everything as it was just amazing. I come to Pattaya quite often and have stayed in a few hotels. The Amethyst has been by far the best, clean, quiet, great staff and great location. Totally recommend to anyone to stay here.

Amethyst is a lovely modern hotel in a great location for shops, bars, restaurants and only 15 minute walk to the beach. The staff are pleasant and helpful, in particular Benz in the restaurant with a smile to brighten any morning and makes great coffee!

This hotel is conveniently located in the affluent northern part of Pattaya. It's easy to get around with two-way songthaews right outside. Head left for Terminal 21, and right for the Naklua seafood market – pretty good!

This hotel has a great overall feel with a high level of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere—it never feels crowded. Once again another enjoyable stay here at the Manhattan, very good service from all, but especially Ying, her temperament makes her perfect for reception duties. Hotel is old and has some odd architecture. The bathroom doors look like a locker room door. My towel had mold on it. They don’t even give you conditioner or body lotion. The hallways look like a prison. Some of the renovations in the bathroom were not painted/covered up from before. Overall the hotel felt odd in the rooms. The lobby and outdoor area is nice though.

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever. Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.

The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. Front desk staff quickly checked us in and provided room keys. The cleaning staff clean rooms very quickly. As always it was an enjoyable stay in Pattaya.

The hotel located at Sai 1 road, it is close to the beach and the Terminal 21. The room is clear and the room facilities are good. The hotel has a good restaurant, swimming pool and water park. I recommend this hotel.
