The reception staff, the concierge, and the cleaning staff are so warm and eager to get everything right. Great! The rooms are nicer than in the pictures, very clean and allergy-friendly. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel rooms are quiet, you don't hear any noise from the outside, and the beds are super comfortable. You can sleep really well here.

The staff here were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. Located in a great spot. Has got soft mattresses (haha). Was reading reviews saying it was loud with paper thin walls, however we did not experience this on our stay. The breakfast had a good variety and a chocolate fountain.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The services were top notch! There was always someone at the door to greet you or help with anything you need. The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. Front desk staff quickly checked us in and provided room keys. The cleaning staff clean rooms very quickly. As always it was an enjoyable stay in Pattaya.

The hotel located at Sai 1 road, it is close to the beach and the Terminal 21. The room is clear and the room facilities are good. The hotel has a good restaurant, swimming pool and water park. I recommend this hotel.

An old gem in a very convenient location. It’s very close to the beach, Bangla Street, and other key attractions, so getting around is quite easy. The stay is budget-friendly, and having a buffet breakfast included is definitely a nice bonus.

On the first day, they gave me a room with thin walls. I could hear all my neighbors' conversations. The built-in air conditioner was really loud. I walked barefoot and my feet turned black. The hotel is right in the city center, about 1km from Japan Street, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby, plus a car wash. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right across the street. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. There's a parking lot, but spaces are limited. Overall, it offers good value for money.

It’s clean and well-maintained. The location is not that close to the beach and to the Walking Street but there are many food shops, convenience stores and bars in the area. The pool is kinda small so I didn’t get to use it. It’s reasonable when it comes to the price. My stay included a breakfast which was good. I had a great stay.

A very central location. The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. We appreciated the underground parking very much. There was no beach outlook and the street frontage was quite narrow, but it still offered good value for money. Bath and shower condition was outdated, but the other amenities in our room were quite adequate and well maintained

This is a great hotel and since returning I have booked it again for my next trip. The hotel is in a great location, I'd prefer to stay at another hotel but their rooms are far too small. All the staff are lovely. There is a shuttle service to the restaurant and then to the garden.  Both when going and when returning, it is very suitable for a family vacation.

Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.

The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.

The overall environment is good, typical of an InterContinental resort, but the rooms are a bit small and the balcony lacks privacy. The hotel lobby is quite distinctive and picturesque. Been staying at the hotel multiple times. The location is very convenient, the reception staff is always helpful. But i think it's time to invest in renovation, since now some room elements are quite dated. Also the bedsheets are often stained. I've left tips for the housekeeping, but they didn't care to change bedsheets

I stayed at this hotel in 2015 and came back again this year. The price has gone up significantly, but the hotel is still [Kaiyangziw - assuming this is a proper noun or a specific room type/feature, otherwise needs clarification].

Rooms were not very clean, towels had stains and were not very good . There was no peace and privacy because you could hear everything happening outside and around the room.

If you're looking for a good hotel, this isn't it. 98% of the guests are Indian men who gather in rooms with women of questionable behavior and are incredibly noisy. Plus, the rooms have terrible soundproofing. They also hog the pool from early morning, shouting loudly. So, getting a decent night's sleep or even a nap in this hotel is impossible.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere. First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Ocean Princess pier and Pattaya Walking Street, just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel itself is quite unique, with seven or eight buildings surrounding a swimming pool.

The hotel staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I have to say this is a good place for Indians as they have a whole buffet line with Indian food and very good taste. But if you are not up to the Indian food you may find better ones.
