The Green Park Resort in Pattaya

My 2nd time here for work purposes. Mr K has been very hospitable during my check in and check out. All receptionist were very polite.

Love the pools and breakfast.

I wish the laundry service could be faster and return without being asked all the time. I sent my laundry on Tuesday, Wednesday evening I had to call for it be sent to room. For the last 3 days I didn’t send my laundry afraid I may not get it back ASAP 😂

Overall satisfied. Will return back!

The room is well maintained, with a soft fluffy and clean bed that usually can only be found in a much higher grade of hotels.

Everything was just nice. The territory is amazing! There’re are so many birds and squirrels, and of course, a huge swimming pool. The room was nice too.

Location is next to beach road. The people that work here really make you feel at home and even sang happy birthday to me, really nice customer care.
I give 5 stars for the staff and the nice swimming pool.

Very green hotel with a big pool. Excellent breakfast. But rooms require some renovation. All in all we love this hotel very much.

An Unforgettable Family Experience at Green Park Resort!

Our family of four had an incredible time at Green Park Resort! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The kids, both under 10, woke up every morning excited for the delicious breakfast and couldn’t wait to spend hours at the pool and on the slides.
The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles. It was heartwarming to see how much they adored our children, showering them with attention.
One of the highlights was when the chef generously offered our kids free corn, and the staff at the pool bar surprised them with refreshing watermelon. As a mom, it truly warmed my heart!

I also want to give a special shout-out to Niki, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to help us secure tickets for local activities and organized transport for us. He was such a wonderful person and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our experience at Green Park Resort was nothing short of magical, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about their guests. My son was in tears just 10 minutes before we checked out because he didn’t want to leave this amazing place!

Thank you so much, Niki, and all the staff for making our family trip so special. We can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommended for families!

Thailand green resort very happy with the location house keeping was a little slack forgetting to replace toilet paper not collecting coffee cups otherwise front desk was very helpful and Nicky helped a lot with our outings thank you . Will return

Brilliant hotel room i had was amazing, desk staff security and bell staff all very friendly and always smiling. Cleaner was one of the best very friendly. Service was 4 stars because didn't use much. Location great if you like to be little away from the madness but still within walking distance or baht bus
