Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good, Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach. Unexpectedly good price and service

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

If you’re okay to waking up at 9 am on vacation due to construction, then this hotel might be good for you.

The staff here were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. Located in a great spot. Has got soft mattresses (haha). Was reading reviews saying it was loud with paper thin walls, however we did not experience this on our stay. The breakfast had a good variety and a chocolate fountain.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The services were top notch! There was always someone at the door to greet you or help with anything you need. It’s clean and well-maintained. The location is not that close to the beach and to the Walking Street but there are many food shops, convenience stores and bars in the area. A nice hotel and staff very helpful

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It would have been a fantastic experience, but the check-out process left a sour taste. Even before 11 AM, the power was cut in the room, practically kicking us out. Then, at check-out, the front desk insisted on deducting a 500 Thai Baht deposit, claiming a towel was stained. I offered to clean it myself...

Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.

The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.

The room is well maintained, with a soft fluffy and clean bed that usually can only be found in a much higher grade of hotels.

Rooms were not very clean, towels had stains and were not very good . There was no peace and privacy because you could hear everything happening outside and around the room.

If you're looking for a good hotel, this isn't it. 98% of the guests are Indian men who gather in rooms with women of questionable behavior and are incredibly noisy. Plus, the rooms have terrible soundproofing. They also hog the pool from early morning, shouting loudly. So, getting a decent night's sleep or even a nap in this hotel is impossible.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere. First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Ocean Princess pier and Pattaya Walking Street, just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel itself is quite unique, with seven or eight buildings surrounding a swimming pool.

The hotel staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I have to say this is a good place for Indians as they have a whole buffet line with Indian food and very good taste. But if you are not up to the Indian food you may find better ones.

The best things about this hotel are its walking distance to the beach and the rooftop pool. My previous stay was good, but this time it was awful – the elevator was broken, the towels were torn, and the pool no longer provided towels. Aside from the beach access and the rooftop pool, there's really nothing positive to say. I definitely won't be staying here again.

But i think it's time to invest in renovation, since now some room elements are quite dated. Also the bedsheets are often stained.
