This hotel is in a great location situated in the center of activity on the beach road but set back so it's surprising quiet. The standard room is large with a big bathroom which would make it comfortable for a long-term stay. You can tell this hotel used to be grand but it has seen better days. The standard has dropped and it needs a facelift. The actual amenities did not match what was listed but...

Wonderful stay at the Tropicana last week. Location was close to nightlife and was quiet at night. Service staff, which included but not limited to: Gigi, Earn, Ying, Fuji, and Nina were all excellent. Easy access to the city's Songthaew transportation network. They have two type of rooms the cheap ones are not good although it is cheap. Although the more expensive ones are overpriced. They don’t have late checkout really. For the same price, you can get something better.

A beach-front resort with a true resort feel at an affordable price. The only downside (and that is the reason my rating was less-than-excellent) is that this affordability attracts loads of buses loaded with tourists from various countries and that can create a kind-of-chaos (including noise).

The hotel beach offers breathtaking sunset views and is perfect for families. It's not too crowded either. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, and a drink at the bar at night with friends is incredibly relaxing.

I booked 2 rooms with free dinner, the check in process is long. Upon checking in and getting the card from the front office officer, she told me room is not ready, and asked us come back at 3 p.m. she gave us key card at 3pm. Upon entering the room, i noticed the door was not locked and i am shocked that no bedsheets on my beds. The staff told us bedsheets are not ready, and have to wait till 5pm...

Only the location is good. Buggy cars need to wait long than expected.( I've called reception 3 times for a buggy within 45mins at morning time and still no buggy coming) Small insects like Mosquito, Gecko, lady bud and a lot of small bud found in 1 bed room villa. Every time I visit Pattaya, I make sure to book this hotel. The ambiance is so comfortable, and the pool is incredibly photogenic. This time, I booked a direct pool access room, which was incredibly pleasant – I could go straight from my room's balcony into the pool!

Very large room and very clean. The service is so great value and breakfast have many options with many varieties for meat lovers or vegetarians. The hotel also has a huge park with many animals for entertaining the kids so they don't get bored. Aver all, great value to stay here.

It's awesome experience for me to stay one weeks. I feel comfortable same like my Home stay. Staffs are very much kind, helpful, friendly social in all manners. Rooms are very neat & tidy on all days. Our belongings are very safe to keep in rooms. They are providing comfortable shuttles as reqd.

I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

The roosters crowing were quite annoying and severely impacted my sleep. However, I must admit the hotel's views are absolutely stunning, and both pools are incredibly beautiful. Breakfast was just okay, but the room was spacious and the service was very thoughtful.

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.

Arrived late on the first night, and the shared dorm was a bit chaotic with only Indians around. Perhaps due to the time, the toilets, shower rooms, and sinks were quite messy. However, the next morning, the staff cleaned them thoroughly, so it wasn't an issue. What surprised me most was the excellent location and the fact that you could use the pool for this price!

Great location, but the downside is it's mostly Indian guests around.

This is one of the best hotel for Indians. Walking distance from pattaya walking street. There are a lot of indian restaurants nearby. Travel booking,7/11 all required shops are near. Indian breakfast is provided. Helpful staff
