The location is quite good, and the hotel is new with a pretty nice design, offering great value for money. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. Our room faced away from the pool, so every morning, the chickens from the airport downstairs were incredibly noisy. I'd recommend getting a room facing the pool next time.

Lovely stay walking distance to everything very clean we no breakfast but restaurants close by 140 Bart for eggs bacon tomato Potato sausage toast butter juice tea or coffee . Was enough to fill to lunch time pool was nice

The hotel is located in very central area. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated. If you would like to explore the real Pattaya vibe, busy beach, pubs, bars, this is a good hotel for you. But if you prefer quite and family-oriented hotel, try to avoid Pattaya city center area.

The hotel automatically downgraded my room from the type I originally booked because it wasn't available, and then refused to let me cancel my reservation. An old gem in a very convenient location. It’s very close to the beach, Bangla Street, and other key attractions, so getting around is quite easy. The stay is budget-friendly, and having a buffet breakfast included is definitely a nice bonus.

On the first day, they gave me a room with thin walls. I could hear all my neighbors' conversations. The built-in air conditioner was really loud. I walked barefoot and my feet turned black. They have two type of rooms the cheap ones are not good although it is cheap. Although the more expensive ones are overpriced. They don’t have late checkout really. For the same price, you can get something better.

I always arrive there with no prearrangement, And I’m able to get the room for fairly good price. And almost of the staff over there and GG is the manager, which is there almost 20 hours a day. The hotel beach offers breathtaking sunset views and is perfect for families. It's not too crowded either. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, and a drink at the bar at night with friends is incredibly relaxing.

I booked 2 rooms with free dinner, the check in process is long. Upon checking in and getting the card from the front office officer, she told me room is not ready, and asked us come back at 3 p.m. she gave us key card at 3pm.
