The hotel has many good reviews, and my experience matched them. Everything was fine and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, but because of this it can be very loud at night until about 1:30 or 2:00. It is kind of a quirky style, the bathrooms are “different” but functional. Could use a chair or two for sitting

Older hotel that is centrally located. Many bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. The rooms are sparse with large comfortable beds. They have working safes and a refrigerator. Overall a ok value. Very loud at nighttime with the loud bands across the street.

For me, this is a wonderful place. It’s located near Pattaya Beach, surrounded by a variety of food choices and many tourist attractions. The service and accommodation are also very good.

I mean it's an alright place. It's in a city, you have access to a lot of stuff, rooms are okay but no-where near as advertised online really does feel like a 2-3 star hotel. This is more of a location issue but it is loud in the night and it's hard to sleep. View is meh, if you like seeing buildings

Love the food, good selection of western and basic Thai menu. Drinks not bad too. They have a bakery too with pastries on display and cakes in the fridge. View of the beach just lovely. Massage chairs available too during the day on that area of the beach. Windy and nice atmosphere.

Had a lovely few days at Rabbit Resort. The chalets are really quite charming, very big in size with a decent bathroom and wardrobe. The pool was lovely, they have 2 but we only used one, a walk in pool which is great if you have mobility issues. What an amazing resort, stayed here for 7 nights and it was the highlight of my trip. The houses/rooms are thai inspired and it feels like you are living in a little paradise in the jungle. Lying right at the beachfront, with two amazing pools it is the ultimate relaxing getaway from the busy city. The staff and owner are amazing and so helpful, could both have had a better stay, 10/10.

Everything was good here. The staff were very nice and the room also. There's a restaurant which was a highlight for me. My review is late, December 27 - January 3rd 2023. Four of us stayed in two rooms. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The value for money, location, and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

Stayed in the Grand King Room at Hotel Paya Pattaya. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The view from the room was really great, and the room itself was good. However, it was incredibly noisy at night. I couldn't sleep at all. The music was ridiculously loud. I didn't get any sleep the whole night, even though the view was nice the next day.

The Rooms are very nice and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. Though it is around 4kms away from walking street and beach, one can always get a bike taxi near by who can drop at 60 bhat per person. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!!  We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours. The room and facilities are a bit old but it’s fine for us. Highly recommend and we will be back again !!

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel. My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. Excellent hotel for the money. The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

The hotel is right by the beach with beautiful scenery, but our 'sea view' room barely offered any view of the sea. The shower facilities had a lot of limescale, and the noisy motorbikes on the street were a bit annoying. Other than that, everything else was great.
